Not up to Samsung quality.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my biggest complaint is that it comes on in the Samsung TV and it takes two or three minutes to be able to switch it my cable my old one came on in the cable . my second complaint is that it routinely shuts off the sound. The only way I can get it to come back on is to unplug it from the wall it is extremely difficult because I am somewhat disabled so no I am not happy with this TV and I also cannot add apps to it. I pay for subscription to Angel Network was not able to download the app.

Keep the Bluetooth device close to the TV, and remove nearby sources of interference (e.g., wireless routers or other Bluetooth devices). 2. For improved stability, use a 5GHz Wi-Fi network if available. 3. If issues persist, we recommend switching to a wired connection (HDMI ARC or Optical) for a more reliable audio experience. Wi-Fi / Wireless Speaker Connections 1. Make sure both your TV and audio device are on the same network band (5GHz is ideal for stability). 2. Bad remote
I purchased 2 Samsung 8000F 75 inch TV’s. I’m giving a poor review because the remote control does not work on 1 of the TV’s and I cannot seem to get any service from Samsung. I have been on the phone for hours with multiple people who keep transferring me and have been cut off twice. I just want a new remote control for my brand new TV that actually works. This seems like a simple request.

Good choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feeling like at the theater with vibrant colors and resolution. It’s been a great purchase, technically well structured and dependable, I recommend this TV if you love quality viewing and entertainment at home.
Connectivity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can not connect to normal l cable channels in my area for which I pay large monthly bill. Spoke with your help line and we still can't receive the cable stations such as CNN, MSNOW, TMC, ABC, CBS, FOX, etc. which we receive on our other TVs in other rooms of our home. We receive many Samsung channels. We have tried to connect for several months with no resolution. We are very unhappy with this television.
Great Value Great TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung is my Brand in TV the image resolution is very good the brightness is great it has a good contrast and the system gets a software refresh when needed they are worth the price you pay I live the system cause you can watch all your streaming apps and is very easy to navigate I’m. Not a big fan of the new remote I prefer the older style but is a great TV I will definitely buy another Samsung when the time come to replace one of the oldest 📺 In my house

The tv brightness is perfect for sunny days. Software is smooth I previous had a 6000 series which I found to be a bit slow. The 8000 did not fail me. Also works great with my switch
New TV new escape

Samsung TV's Are Fire!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I uave had my TV for a little while now, it has excellent picture and sound quality. It stays connected to our WiFi no problem, unlike our old one. It is a mist recommend if you are looking for a nice TV that won't break the bank because it is priced right for the value.
Good product…except…

The channel changer controller is uncooperative and i can never seem to get the screen to the channel i want.The controller is much to small and I often tap the button i did not want. It then takes three or four more confusing steps to return to the screen where i was. Wretched set up. Price was good though.

Not great don’t care for Samsung
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t really like the Samsung TV sometimes it just freezes my cable box and I can’t change the channel or turn off the cable. I have to try and turn everything off in the middle of whatever I’m watching and lose whatever I’m watching and turn it back on to have it get out of that mode not always the best I cannot put the icon for Paramount+ on my list. I have to go to the Internet and search for it every time I wanna watch Yellowstone.
