Water filter began leaking inside the fridge shortly after installing it. Now the leaking is getting worse, so I need to just turn off the water to my fridge entirely. This is a terrible product.

We are a little disappointed that are Samsung started defrosting all over our freezer items. We've only had it for 3 years.

Once the filter arrived, I had the package opened and installed in my fridge in under 5 minutes, if that is not convenient, I don't know what is. Water that runs through it tastes crisp, clean, and is always a pleasure to drink.
