Once the filter arrived, I had the package opened and installed in my fridge in under 5 minutes, if that is not convenient, I don't know what is. Water that runs through it tastes crisp, clean, and is always a pleasure to drink.

We are a little disappointed that are Samsung started defrosting all over our freezer items. We've only had it for 3 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Genuine HAF-Qins Water Filter for Refrigerator this replacement cartridge is as described it is a bit pricey but the peace of mind knowing it is a quality product makes it worth it. the cartridge is very easy to replace and it takes every bit of 2 minutes or so to do it.

I regularly buy these from Samsung and noticed that these are hit or miss. Sometimes they do not make a difference in the water taste at all. (double checked seating, etc.) Then I grab a new one and water immediately tastes better. Not sure why some filters don't work. Out of the 6 I purchased, 3 had issues where the water tasted like tap water. The other 3 worked great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our Samsung refrigerator for about 2 years. I started purchasing the 2- pack filters and changing them out every 6 months. When I install the 2 filter, I go ahead and purchase the next 2 pack so I always have them.

The water filter is so hard to get on. I just replaced mine a month ago left for work on Friday came home after 9hrs to find i has w inches of water in my kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living room. I have water damage to everything carpet has to be replaced and cabinets and since it was the weekend have to wait till Monday for insurance and hope they will cover it. I am scared to leave to house now. O yea not mention my neighbor also have water damage. This all had to do with the water filter.
