No problem installing filet

I've had my samsung bespoke for a few years. I get the water filters automatically sent. I was worried when I first got the fridge bc of so many complaints about the water filter. I have never, ever had a problem installing the filter. The water always tastes great.

Samsung 2 pack filters

Very Disappointing

Over priced, and samsung does not even let me redeem my rewards points to purchase. Regret buying samsung appliances now.

Packaging needs to be improved

The filter is fine, I am sure. But the packaging is absolutely horrendous. Can you at least provide instructions to open the packaging?
