Purchased this two months ago, and have been very pleased. This appears to be a rebranded Coleman Pro Series. This series of Coleman is only available in Canada. I looked at both Weber and Napoleon mid-level lines, both of which were priced significantly higher than this Members Mark. This MM grill is well-built, has much of the same options, and doesn't have plastic in the areas that the Webers and Napoleons do. And the comparable Napoleon is made in China, not Canada. You have to move up quite a bit in price to get the Canada-made models I've been using it regularly and have had no issues. Easy to keep clean, and I recommend you clean it often to avoid any grease issues. The zones are even, and the temps get plenty hot. Puts nice grill marks on the meat (burgers, chicken, pork chops, brats). It is likely those who have said they cannot get above 300 degrees are having issues with the regulator. Just follow the recommended instructions of turning the propane valve on slowly and waiting the 30 seconds before igniting the grill. I've gotten to 500+ with no issues...just give it 7-10 minutes. Regarding the center burners, I just hold the two knobs in for 30 seconds and have not had any issues with them not staying lit. You need to give the sensors time to heat up. The window is great, but yes after a while you will need to clean it. The cover is first-class. Heavy material, holds well with the velcro, and the vents keep it in place during heavy winds and storms. The only two caveats are: 1. When the grill gets up to 450+ degrees the lid handle gets pretty hot to the touch. 2. As others have mentioned, if it's really breezy it can impact your grilling time as the back has an opening that allows some airflow. But neither of these are game-changers. Also, I'd highly recommend the Cuisinart Grill Renew Steam Cleaner Grill Brush at Sam's. Use this from the start and you will protect your grates from scratches, and avoid the possibility of stray brush strands in your food. Plus it works fantastic to quickly get your grates clean...again, follow the instructions. Overall, super pleased with this grill. Love the look of it as well.

For those complaining that the middle burners won't ignite really need to read the manual. The inner two burners have to be held in for about 5 seconds to ignite. They work fine on our grill. We've used it 4 times in the last two weeks. I've never eaten so much steak.

We bought this grill last weekend and at my husband's request, I assembled it. At 70 years old, I was able to complete the assembly by myself, in about three hours. There were two things I needed help with; lifting the body of the grill out of the packaging and lifting it to place it on the base once it was completed. there were a lot of pieces to assemble. I would have liked to use my power screwdriver to put it together, but unfortunately, the locations of the screw holes were in confined spaces for the most part and the screwdriver didn't fit. In fact, I had some difficulty getting a manual driver in the space available. So far, we haven't used it, so can't comment on the functionality yet. Will update once we try it out if necessary.

requires more assembly time than most other brands. Seemed sturdy but weren’t able to get middle two burners to light at all. Did all the troubleshooting with the tech and the first burner quit working while we were on call. The tech suggested we return the grill to the store.

This is a fantastic grill. It was easy to build from the instructions and even easier to use. I was able to utilize each feature. The side burner worked great for boiling corn and heating up beans to go with my food. I just have to remember to make sure to oil the grates prior to adding the meat. Everything cooked up evenly and was cooked to perfection.

I have been using this grill for several months and it works great. Even though I was concerned with the reviews of the center burners, I have had no issue with lighting them or keeping them lit. Grill is easy to pull apart and clean, if I did not use BBQ sauce it probably would not need the cleaning that I do. It heats up well and I usually leave it on low or just above for most cooking.

I am very happy with this grill! It is well made and is comparable to other high end, higher priced grills. Assembly took a couple of hours (which was expected) and, unlike a lot of other prefab products, everything lined up and fit perfectly! We've done several cooks on it since July 4th and have had great results. I read several reviews, many positive, many negative, but went with it anyway and am glad I did. One negative review was that it was hard to assemble with one person. The instructions clearly state that it's a two person job. A number of other complaints were about the two inside burners (#2 & 3) not staying lit. Please, please READ INSTRUCTIONS! They will tell you to push knob in, turn and hold for 3-5 seconds longer. And if you do so then you won't have any issues. In closing I will say that you can't go wrong with this grill!!
