Once we opened the box to put the grill together the grill had a big dent on the top and the thermometer gauge was cracked. So sadly we can’t review the grill because we returned the grill to Sam’s for a full refund.

I like this grill. It was easy to assemble. I cooked on it last weekend and was very pleased with the outcome. I did have to get used to the new cooking concept. It heats extremely quick. Very easy to clean up afterwards.

This grill is large and sturdy and has plenty of room with a shelf and burner attached. Hoping the surface will be long lasting. Cover included to make sure it stays protected. Takes time to assemble but is a quality unit.

Bought this for $499 on June 21. Went back to get other stuff on July 5 and it was reduced $100. They wouldn't honor the current price . Bad business in my mind. Even Macy's gives you 30 days for price change.

It started with the purchase-I called the store in Tucson and was told that they had the natural gas grille in stock and when we got there,they did not have the correct Grille at the store--So I came home (after driving 140 miles round trip) and ordered it online to have it delivered. The delivery was a night mare. I purchased and paid for this item on April 20th and was supposed to be delivered on the 1st of May,then the 7th, then the 8th. then told there is going to be a delay that it was in the warehouse and they couldn't get it,then the 11th and then another delay,then they called and said they could deliver after that ,however we had a wedding that we had to attend and so we set another date the 22nd of May and finally got delivered. Have only used it a couple of times and things seem to work as they are suppose to--It was all of the other crap we had to go through just to get after we had paid for it in full almost a month earlier. Sorry for all the guff but it was not a pleasant experience.

Box came on a palette (shipper would NOT take with them), but arrived in great condition. Instructions were fairly straightforward and assembly took about 2 hours (not pushing hard). Some of the screws needed to be screwed in CLOSE but not TIGHT to make sure everything lined up correctly. Make sure you READ THE DIRECTIONS about how to light the burners .. it's NOT what you expect! After you read it, it makes sense and works well - but if you ignore it you'll be frustrated! Haven't tried the "oven" mode yet but looking forward to keeping the heat outside instead of in our kitchen oven in the house this summer!

Great grill - Top of the line - I would put this up against any grill for quality- comparable to Weber grills without the cost. I’m happy with how it cooks and holds temperatures. The porcelain coated grates are easy to clean. The only thing I would suggest is the instructions for putting it together needs an explanation instead of just visual instructions.

I’m very pleased with my new grill. I’ve been looking to replace our old grill for several years but they’re so expensive. When I saw this one on sale I thought the price was in my budget so I ordered it hoping it would be what I wanted. It was pretty easy to put together. I like that the pieces are easily cleaned ( no scraping) & larger drip pan. Overall the natural gas grill I bought is great & am very happy with it.

Grill doesn’t get hot enough to cook with the top up.

Excellent grill for the price, and ive owned many. Solid build, doubles as oven. Loving it.
