Unit is very sturdy and assembly was pretty straightforward.. and looks great on my deck. Gets plenty hot, and the thermostat function works surprisingly well... I was even able to use it like a smoker. Even the lid thermometer seems to work, which is unheard of. A few bugs that separate it from a much more expensive name brand grill: The middle burners are difficult to light and keep lit, it's hard to see the flame and the design of the grill makes it impossible to use with anything more than a 5mph wind gust... Needs to be sheltered or the flame will go out. Never got a response on spare parts, the crossover tubes will rot eventually so I'd like to get spares on hand. Design is very prone to flare-ups so you'll want to add aftermarket grates if you like steak or greasy burgers I don't like to use covers, but unfortunately rain will run into the cabinet on this unit and puddle. Debated 3 stars but given how feature rich this is at 1/3rd the cost of a higher end unit I gave it a 4th.

Bought grill because i love members mark quality and the last one i had lasted 8 yrs. Purchased grill at the end of april this year and i will be returning it back to store today. The middle burners do not stay lit and grill has a hard time reaching 300 degrees gave it a chance and cooked a few times on it but the middle burners either wont lite and stay hot or just wont lite at all. I deff do not recommend buying this product. Deff need to scrap this grill

Please Note: To light middle 2 burners, you must push in and turn the control knobs to “HI” and hold for 30 seconds to allow the thermocouple time to heat up. ATTENTION: IF YOU RELEASE THE CONTROL KNOB TOO SOON, THE BURNER FLAME FOR BOTH BURNER #2 AND BURNER #3 WILL EXTINGUISH. If you are experiencing any of the following performance issues, you may have activated the flow limiting feature in your regulator: • Burners not getting hot enough. • Low or incomplete burner flames. • Low gas pressure. So much nicer to use and clean than our last one. The assembly directions are good. The assembly time stated of 1.5 hours should be taken with a grain of salt (More like 3), but went together well. So far, we've made two meals on it - both as the traditional BBQ. Both turned out really well. We haven't tried the temp control method yet. Has more than enough room for 4 steaks, 4 brats, 4 large potatoes, and 4 ears of corn on the top rack. The included cover kept it nice and dry during the rainstorm.

Not able to assemble, so hard for 1 person and we couple tried assembling it say 98% and then at the end the wiring was messed up and could not get it to wire up.

Nice quality. Really like the painted surface. Had 100% stainless before & it was difficult to keep it looking clean. This one is much easier to clean. Love the side burner & see through lid. The only reason I give it 4 stars & not 5 is it seems to take about 10 minutes to get to the hottest temps.

UNSAFE!!!!

Unsafe Grill. Started off with major issues with the 2 middle burners that everyone has commented on. Grill doesn't heat up like a typical grill. I have a MM normal gas grill and love it. This grill has been awful. After the grill was turned off, it caught on fire, resulting in the fire department needing to come out and put the fire out. The fire burned the siding of the home, the fence and then the fire department has to knock a hole through the wall of the home into the living area. Completely unsafe, unreliable, and I 100% regret purchasing this grill.
