assembly instructions need more input to allow better understanding on installation

This bbq worked well for no more than 10 meals. The bbq will not stay lit. We tried a different tank and a different hose. Neither solved the problem. Now I have to contact the manufacturer. We will see how that goes.

We got this on clearance in late August of 2024 for $200. I bought the lower end model for $299 at full price which is an excellent grill and well worth the price. The pro series is worth every bit of $499 for the features and quality you get compared to any other model available at this price. At $200 however, I just feel like I won today!

We received this about 2 weeks ago, my husband says it's the best grill we've ever had! It heats up quickly and the heat is evenly distributed over the grilling surface, we've grilled steaks, burgers, hot dogs, carrots, and asparagus and chicken and everything came out fantastic! Have had family over to eat with our grilled items and everyone raved over the new grill!

Takes a while to assemble due to many parts but not difficult. Looks nice and is sturdy. However, the grill will not go hotter than 250 degrees, even with all 4 burners going. Might be a regulator issue. Instructions mention a fix if low pressure, which I tried multiple times and multiple tanks but no luck.

I have seen this grill in person, and looked forward to buying it because it really is a well built, very good looking grill. Unfortunately, the trend of complaints has changed my mind. I read about a change in the ignitor, which resulted in difficult burner starting, and very low internal temps. Why mess with something people really liked, prior?

Received the grill a couple of weeks ago and was very easy to setup with the BILT app, which walks you through the process. The grill is very well-built, and very sturdy. Easy cleanup after use. The only complaint that I have is visual - I don't like seeing the propane supply hose for the side burner. Was great and easy to clean after use. I like the "oven mode" that keeps a regulated temperature that you can use. The grill heats up quick for pre-heating and easy to maintain temperatures. If you are in the market for a new grill, don't bypass taking a look at this one. Its worth the money.

Typical assembly instructions. Not every picture tells a story. More detail needed when putting it together. The wires and protective sleeve should be inside the frame. The upside down right side up problem was not clear enough on several pieces. Arrows on each piece would have been a great help. As for fit, there were 2 examples of poor fit. One was the spring loaded pin securing the doors to the frame. Each door had a problem. One side was too hard to push in while the other was hampered by a poorly drilled hole that was binding against the pin. The igniter wires could have been much better. Some were too tight and caused a bend in the clip when attaching.

I was able to assemble this grill in 3 hours using only a Phillips head screwdriver. Wow! Very simple, efficient design. This is the easiest grill I have ever assembled and I have put quite a few of these together in my lifetime. The BILT instructions were fantastic. They leave nothing to the imagination. Follow the instructions and your grill will go together easily.

Nothing short of a total pain...these burners are ridiculous! Once we spent forever trying to figure out how to light the middle 2 burners, we still can't get the temperature to get above 400 degrees in a half hour. I get absolutely no sear on my meat. I am the griller in the family and I absolutely refuse to keep this grill. Our original Member's Mark grill from the early 2000's was a gem. If I cooked one, I probably cooked close to 1000 pork tenderloins on that baby for different functions...NEVER did I have an issue with that grill.
