Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that the assembly did not go smoothly. Please Note: There is an interactive 3D app called BILT that is free to download for both iPhone and Android users. Many customers find it helpful during assembly, as you can pause, zoom-in, rotate and interact with the assembly instructions. Additionally, Sam's Club offers grill assembly through their clubs. For your convenience I have attached a link below that will take you to the assembly section of their website. Please have your Sam's Club membership number handy: https://orders.handy.com/partners/sams_club?service_sku=sams_club_grill_smoker_assembly For more information or assistance, please reach out to Member's Mark Help Center toll free at: : (888) 301-0332 from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. CST Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST on Sundays. Hope this helps!
