I bought it BECAUSE of the thermostatic control. Having a second oven will allow me much more freedom for menu planning. Also, not having to heat up my regular oven on those hot evenings will be great!

This assembly video was quite helpful as the parts were not numbered or lettered. In addition, the numbers/letters on the packaging boxes differed from those listed in the paper manual.

Pretty simple, used the Bilt app along with manual. Did by myself (had help lifting the top onto the base). Probably 4-5 hours of work, fired right up!

The QR code was very helpful on assembling the grill. Only one thought if the parts were marked would make it much easier to identify. I like the extra hardware.

As this is a new unit and has not been used, i cannot give a review on its use. i can say it appears to be a high quality unit and was fairly easy to assemble.

Assembly would be easier if all parts were labeled and each box had a list of contents. Or if each step in the assembly instructions referenced what box parts are located.

Loved it from day one.
