Trust the reviews. Center burners didn't work.
Ordered this grill online back in June for a Father's Day gift. I do not recommend, you'll end up returning it due to inoperable center burners. Just like other's have reviewed, the 2 center burners will not stay light. We partially took it apart to make sure nothing was blocking the burners and nothing was. Put it back together and still couldn't get the burners to stay lit despite fully reading through the instructions on how to properly light the grill.

Issues
Purchased beginning of April. Previous reviews were good, since my purchase having same issues as others. Couldn't get advice 300 degrees even after an hour. Center burners hard to stay lit even holding for a minute, this creates issues on a bright day seeing what is going on. Took 20 minutes to cook burgers to pink center. This is with every burner on high. Support said i tried everything and to take it back.

Highly recommend
I bought this about a month ago. Assembly was time consuming but very easy. The grill cooks great, very little flare up and I just cooked a rack of ribs in the oven mode and they turned out great. Very high quality grill and compared to a Weber, much less expensive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic grill! My A1C and tummy love it!
I've had this for about two weeks, and I love it! As someone with diabetes, I have to manage my food, and I have found that grilling is a fun, healthy, and nutritious way to make my food. It also requires minimal clean up, so win-win! I find grilling to be so diverse because there are so many great recipes you can do. Honestly, there are not many things that I CANNOT cook on my grill. So far, shrimp skewers and chicken breasts with green goddess seasoning have been my favorites. This is a great size for me and big enough that if I wanted to do a family and friends cook-out, it would be able to accommodate that with no issues. It is also very user friendly! I'm familiar with grilling, but even if I wasn't, this grill is not one that takes an expert to figure things out. So, if this is your first grill, you will not have any problems with this one. And, for the price, you will be hard pressed to find a grill of the same caliber. Also, I'm a female that lives on my own, and I was able to assemble this grill myself with little issue. It is heavy though, so keep that in mind.

I really want to like it but I don't.
I give up. I really, really want to like this grill. It seems well made. First, it was a beast to assemble by myself. Heck, it wasn't easy to move from the driveway to the side patio. The delivery guy wouldn't help. I did get a neighbor to assist in lifting the grill top on the base. The problem is I cannot get the temperature high enough to cook with the lid open. Yes, I make sure that the two middle burners are lit and the top knob is set to BBQ. Initially customer service sent me a new regulator but that made no difference. If I set all 4 burners on high and leave the lid shut, after 20 minutes it reaches 300 degrees and 30 minutes the temps will reach 400 degrees. That is the max. Once I start opening the lid the temps drop dramatically. Often I just give in and use the cast iron skillet on the side burner to finish whatever I am cooking.
Thank you for your review. We apologize for the low heat issue you're experiencing. It seems the problem might be due to the regulator's flow limiting device being activated. Please refer to your user manual (page 8) for instructions on how to perform a regulator reset. If the issue persists, conduct a leak test (page 9).<br /><br />To prevent this in the future, ensure you follow correct lighting and shutdown procedures. Most importantly, open your LP cylinder shut off valve SLOWLY before starting your BBQ. If you turn the LP cylinder valve too quickly, the flow limiting feature in the regulator can sometimes think there is a leak in the fuel line and restrict the amount of fuel to the burner as a safety precaution. TERRIBLE GRILL!!!! It takes 15 mins to just get the heat up to 300 degrees and 30 mins to 700 degrees!!! Once you open the grill to check food the heat drops dramatically and then it take a while for it to get the temperature back up. Rear vent on back of grill is too big and way too much heat escapes.

Too much effort
This sucked to put together. lots of things that deffintley could have been assembled in the box.

Low And Slow
Assembling the grill is tedious but not rocket science. I read complaints about poor heat, I discovered if the temp gauge is too tight, it wont register properly. I sear, then cook on low and slow, There is a double set of "flavoring bars" and the system works perfectly, creating lots of BBQ scent at even the lowest settings. Lighting the inner two burners takes a bit of a learning curve. My previous grill was a Weber Genesis and for me, this Member's Mark grill is much better.
