So far, not so good. Hardware pack was missing. Inner bag was opened and appeared this was removed. Being a previous manager at Sam’s this was removed at store level and resold when it should have been a claim not to be resold. Going to have to wait 5-7 days for it to be delivered, so It’s going to have to wait until next weekend or the following to assemble. Unable to rate beyond that.

Poor design: 1) Casters and base look good but only works on the smoothest surface. Larger exposed wheels would function better. 2) Little or no burner regulation. They are either full on or off. 3) Impossible to clean. Grease pan is not removable. Can't reach from above because of burners and another pan in between. Very little slope on pan so grease accumulates on it. 4) Gas tank fit is very tight in the base and difficult to install. 5) In installed position, the gas tank hits the grease cup bracket. 6) Agree with many other reviews that it is time consuming and difficult to assemble. Would return it if I could.

This review is based on the assembly of the grill. There was a screw missing (A). The directions in the manual and this app do not correlate. The app is nice because I could move the images and zoom in and out which allowed me to have a better view of the grill. But details were left out and weren't thst clear to follow.

We purchased this grill to replace a 6-burner Nexgrill. Assembly was not that difficult, definitely use the BILT app to help guide you through assembly process. Total assembly time was 4 hours, but note that we were not in a big hurry and I usually take my time when assembling larger items. One person can do the assembly but you will need additional hands to line up the firebox with the grill stand. First cook: It took the grill about 8-10 minutes to heat to 600 degrees (50 degree air temp). The grill holds heat very well. The sear burner feature is OK, it is not like some grills that have an exclusive open burner for searing. Hot side/warm side cooking was very easy, I suspect you can cook with indirect heat very well. Very happy with this purchase.

Good value for the money

Great grill and on par with a Weber at a lot less. They package these part well to protect them from damage. I went to the store to pick it up and made sure the box wasn’t damaged. It sounds like most of the “damaged” reviews were during shipping. The directions are very clear and didn’t need to watch the setup video. They clearl mark the screw and small parts in package, plus they send you different types of extra screws in case something is missing or you lose something. The cover that comes with the grill fits perfectly and is a nice bonus.

This is a good one! For the money, you can't find a grill this sturdy and heavy anywhere. Nice cast iron grates and a heavy guage steel lid and body. And it cooks well. The controls are very accurate. Gets real hot real quick, and also easily adjusts for low heat. The weatherproof cover is really nice too. Glad I found this gem!

We got the grill after reading reviews. Maybe we got a really bad one, don't know. The grill heats up and the 2 side pieces and handle also get extremely hot you can easily get burned You can't put anything on the side pieces. The sear did not actually sear. Our previous grill had a sear and it truly did sear. Although the grill is made with decent quality materials for the price, we returned it as the fact it heated up so much that you could easily burn yourself on the side pieces and/or handle wasn't safe in our opinión.

The grill is nice! I need to warn everyone about something!! The reviews talking about the 3D instructions were informative, but you have to download an app to see the instructions. When I was downloading the app, I was unknowly rerouted to a scam website that asked for my credit card info. It said 0 charges, so I stupidly gave my info because I was just trying to get the instructions quickly for my husband. Luckily, my bank immediately texted me asking if I had made a charge at FUSICLER for $34.98! I had not, and the bank called me too! The moral of the story, don't give any personal info!! Now, I have to replace my card.
