I had been fighting giving up my Kenmore beloved barbecue grill. It was on its last legs. It was to me the best design grill I’ve ever had. So after my wife insisted I started looking for a replacement. I saw this at Sam’s club. Sleek, sturdy, a sear zone feature and side burner, plus a cover. The prices was right and I took it home. Took some thought to put together but the way they packaged the nuts and bolts and the directions I was done in a little over an hour. Cooking on it has been great heats up fast and maintains temperature evenly. You will not regret this purchase.

i was apprehensive. A 5 burner gas grill for an extraordinary price? Well, i decided to take a chance and i am glad i did. 1) Ad said unit weight was 124 lbs. Printed on carton was 167 lbs. The difference was 43 lbs. of heavy cardboard separating the parts. Very well packaged. 2) Excellent instructions making the assembly process smooth and easy. But, it is a two person project. 3) High quality product. Just like Weber but for a third of the price. 4) Everything is included, even extra nuts and bolts should a part fall through a crack in the deck boards (it did happen. Then did assembly on units cardboard). My apprehension was unnessary. This is one time where taking a chance and saving money on a less expensive product paid off.

This grill is great! I was searching for a grill that wouldn't break the bank but also had specific specs. I wanted 5 burners, 4 wheels, a searer and doors in the front. Sounds easy but it wasn't. This grill is very very sturdy. The material quality is wonderful. I have used it 6 times in the last 3 weeks and I am very impressed. I didn't give up any quality by not buying a name brand grill I am glad I didn't spend an arm and a leg for a big brand grill.

Can't beat the value here. Easy assembly and this grill is on fire for the price. Can't beat the value, with 4-burners, side burner, and it comes with a cover. Sounds trivial, right. Nah, that's a big deal given a cover that fits your grill is included in the price saving me time and money. That's a big deal! Keep it up Sam's...it's the little things that have a big impact.

Ordered it on Friday and was delivered Saturday. Easy to put together. Works great except the chef needs to learn how to regulate the heat. Every thing doesn’t need to be charred! I would definitely recommend this grill to a friend.

Look, not a Weber, not claiming to be a Weber, but the value is unbeatable if you take care of it, keep it dry/covered and are okay with replacing it every 5 years (I got a solid 7 out of the last one). Huge cooking area, balanced heat, ample side-burner BTUs for blackening/frying. Build quality is a bit flimsy (went together fine and the instructions were clear), but if you are the occasional griller, for $300, you can't go wrong.

The price was right and it certainly does the job. I got it as a holiday gift so I haven't been able to use it much, but it has done okay even in extremely cold weather. The "Sear Zone" burner was a big help in the cold. Assembly was pretty easy. We used the book, but the 3D BILT app looks pretty cool. It took two of us about 90 minutes from start to finish. Some of the parts are plastic and feel pretty flimsy, but overall construction was stout. The whole thing is pretty stable and rolls around easily on concrete. The bottom is not replaceable or removable. I can see this being an issue. This has been the single quickest point of failure in every grill i've ever owned. All and all it's a nice looking grill and the price was right.

This very attractive grill arrived promptly and undamaged. It did take a professional "handy-person" to assemble it, and he struggled with it for over 4 hours. It does seem solidly made. Lights instantly. Runs HOT. There will be a learning curve here that may take some time to get used to. My surprise and one real gripe is the grease tray. (Not the grease cup.) The tray does not come out completely like every other grill I have ever owned. You have to release it using a couple of clamps on the back of the grill, and then it only drops down so you can wipe it off. It is permanently attached on the front. I have no idea, other than it might have been less expensive to build it this way, why the manufacturer would choose this approach. Not sure I'm going to like this "feature". Casters work, but are not as sturdy as I think would be ideal. I have an aggregate patio, so maybe that is part of the issue. Certainly my patio is not nearly as smooth as the concrete flooring at the local Sam's Club where the display unit glides like a hot knife through room-temp butter! The many places to hang accessories is a plus. Honestly, it's too soon to really rate this grill properly. If I can add more information or want to change my star rating after living with this grill for at least 6 months or more, I will certainly do that.

The price was good got it on sale. The directions to assemble were not the clearest. There is a larger gap between the grill plates and the edge of the grill box so when you try to clean the grill the grill plates move around a lot. After owning for two months noticed rust starting to form. The grill cooks well, and the cover is great, just not sure about the quality.

The package was delivered very promptly. Upon unpackaging we realized there was no hardware included in order to put grill together. I contacted service to request a hardware package be sent and was advised it would take 5 to 7 days. After 7 days have past, I contacted them again only to be told warehouse was changing locations and my parts had not shipped yet. In the meantime, we have grill parts scattered waiting for missing screws/bolts. VERY DISSATSIFIED!
