Purchased this product on line. It arrived in 4 days, the box was damaged but other than a few dings and dents the unit worked as intended. The assembly instructions are not very good, pieces should be labeled with better graphics. I watched a UTUBE video that was a waste of time. I assembled the unit by myself, it would have been easier with another pair of hands. After assembly I fired up the griddle and cured the cooking surface. I have had the griddle for about 3 weeks and have used it 4 times. So far so good. I've cooked stir fry meals and some carnitas on it. This griddle is a nice addition the my outdoor kitchen.

While I’m sure I know who it is made by, I think this is the best griddle I’ve owned. I bought this to replace my Blackstone. The best part is the grease! The compartment is in the front and you can adjust the griddle so the grease flows easily to the trap. No more messes!

I am enjoying the griddle, it is useful for family gatherings or a single meal and I have been cooking almost anything from vegetables to meats, even boiling water for pasta and especially breakfast. I enjoy it's versatility when it comes to the meals you want to prepare.

I purchased the Members Mark 4-burner gas griddle with high expectations. After putting it together and seasoning the cooking, surface it was about a week until I cooked on the grill. Every expectation that I had was exceeded. This is a great griddle and very versatile with the amount of heated surface that you have available. The shelves on either end and underneath are ideal and provide ample room for precooked and cooked food handling. Cleaning the cooking surface was made easy with the scraper that was supplied. And one final thing: the assembling instructions were thorough enough that even I could put it together and it worked.

This grill is well made, and the surface is very large yet, with flaws. The suppled pressure regulator is just too small only PSI. Knowing how to make this grill work properly, I bought hose with an adjustable regulator and now the grill can get up to 490 Degrees or more. Before the change of regulators, I could not get a hamburger to sear or potatoes to brown properly. Now I give this grill a 5. as it rocks.

I wasn't home when the package arrived. When I got home and saw it, it was obviously damaged. I didn't want to return it and have to wait for another, so I assembled it. I did have to remove and reinstall one of the burners because it had dislodged in the drop/fall/throw/hit. The shelves are slightly bent, asd the front corner is smashed. That being said, it works great. I just wish it looked as good as it works.

This is a great grill for any size family! We've got it on our deck and usually cook about half the weeks worth of meals on it. It's a little tricky learning how to cook multiple things at different temperatures without overcooking some things until you get the hang of it and then it's just smooth sailing. Easy to put together with not a lot of parts to mess with. Cleans up good with dawn dish soap and some water. Works as good as the name brand one at half the cost!

Had high hopes but on second use one burner would not light and another had high flame issues. It is at a good price however the lead in the griddle market has same size unit for $100 more and construction and operation are worth way more than that. Sams sells good products however save your time and go for the brand name over this unit.

I like the griddle and I’m glad the cooking surface has been reinforced with steel angles. Assembly is straight forward and took me about an hour I rate this 4 stars because my front panel was dented and the bottom shelf was poorly welded and did not fit at one corner and had to be modified. This took another hour and will need to be touched up when the weather warms One of the sections between the burners was damaged and will need to be replaced as this transfers gas to the end burner Once my warranty expires I will convert mine to natural gas. Wish the members mark griddle had all the orifices made the same length like the Blackstone griddles are which would make the conversion simple. The members Mark griddle has to have the 2 center burners replaced I like the grease trap location on the Members Mark and at time of purchase the Members Mark was $100.00 cheaper than the Blackstone.

Love this flat top grill, cheaper than a Blackstone, easy to assemble, heats up fast, easy to clean, my family and I have cooked almost every night since purchasing the grill, so many things to cook all simultaneously, decreases our time preparing dinner. Highly recommend this flattop grill.
