Great value for the price. If you don’t mind saving some money versus some time doing the assembly. The cooking surface is actually better than the Blue Rhino version we have at work. Seasoning was a breeze. Slight dent on the lower shelf, most likely from delivery, not a big deal for me. Side shelves make for a nice large work area. Right side ignited fine, left side is hit and miss. Again…for the savings it’s well worth it.

I’ve had a couple hiccups with mine but you can’t beat this for the price. After removing all pieces from the box I noticed the front panel was damaged beyond being able to complete install, so I contacted customer service. Friendly and handled it immediately by shipping me a new one. After installing the new front panel I was able to complete the assembly part of the process. Today I went to fire it up and noticed the left ignitor wasn’t doing its thing so I had to light it manually. I will be giving customer service a call again tomorrow. I did end up seasoning it today and did some bacon and eggs for dinner. I crammed 2 lbs of bacon on it and it cooked great. There’s a couple features I like better on the blackstone but you really can’t beat this for the price.

My husband loves his Christmas gift and we do to! Assembly went smoothly and fast and after proper seasoning, he was delivering one terrific meal after another in no time. Love the big cooking area offered with the 36 inch griddle and the extra side shelves are super handy for all the extras that we need to prep each meal. The cover works great to keep it clean when not in use. We love it!

I purchased the Members Mark 4-burner gas griddle with high expectations. After putting it together and seasoning the cooking, surface it was about a week until I cooked on the grill. Every expectation that I had was exceeded. This is a great griddle and very versatile with the amount of heated surface that you have available. The shelves on either end and underneath are ideal and provide ample room for precooked and cooked food handling. Cleaning the cooking surface was made easy with the scraper that was supplied. And one final thing: the assembling instructions were thorough enough that even I could put it together and it worked.

Poor delivery great product. Received and fed ex damaged the box and dented the box badly. I chatted with an agent who told me someone would reach out…no one did. My husband was able to bend it back (some dents remained) one burner didn’t work until he unbent the rod that feeds propane. NOW it works just dented but they are out of stock so we are keeping it.

A perfect compliment for any hunt club for breakfast ( eggs , pancakes,hash browns , bacon & sausage ).. lunch hamburgers , hotdogs ,or Philly cheese. Dinner anything you want. Versatile and well made. Even heat distribution. This is my second unit

I like the griddle and I’m glad the cooking surface has been reinforced with steel angles. Assembly is straight forward and took me about an hour I rate this 4 stars because my front panel was dented and the bottom shelf was poorly welded and did not fit at one corner and had to be modified. This took another hour and will need to be touched up when the weather warms One of the sections between the burners was damaged and will need to be replaced as this transfers gas to the end burner Once my warranty expires I will convert mine to natural gas. Wish the members mark griddle had all the orifices made the same length like the Blackstone griddles are which would make the conversion simple. The members Mark griddle has to have the 2 center burners replaced I like the grease trap location on the Members Mark and at time of purchase the Members Mark was $100.00 cheaper than the Blackstone.

I am enjoying the griddle, it is useful for family gatherings or a single meal and I have been cooking almost anything from vegetables to meats, even boiling water for pasta and especially breakfast. I enjoy it's versatility when it comes to the meals you want to prepare.

I recieved this package in shambles. The corners were torn and pushed/dented in when I recieved it. When I unboxed it I noticed that the exterior of the grill was cosmetically damaged. It lacks the new feel due to how it arrived, it feels like I ordered something that was used. On a product that's 100's of dollars I expected it to be packaged more securely as to assure the customer is getting their product in tact. No, none of the integral components are malfunctioning. But it already is dinged and I didn't even fully remove the box.

Product should have been better than a 2, but my experience with the order/replacement/delivery was terrible. Customer service was good with my issues, they can't control how the product shows up! 1st order was damaged, replacement never got delivered, 3rd was still dinged up a little.
