We bought this for our camper and have been nothing short of impressed. We originally wanted a black stone but for the price this is an excellent alternative. We love to make smash burgers, phillys, and even big enough to cook our entire breakfast at once. This is probably one of our favorite purchases!

I was surprised at how quick and easy it was to assemble the griddle. I was going to purchase a Blackstone, but am very glad I purchased this one instead. It heats quickly, has the large surface so you can cook everything for brunch at one time and it cooks everything evenly. The included side tables are very handy and the included hooks are a great bonus to hang utensils, towels and mitts on. Overall, this is a GREAT value! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I had an issue with leveling out the griddle to where the oil didn't pool in one corner.

Had the best time cooking Benihana style. It's great having all of the ingredients on the cooking at the same time. No running back and forth in the kitchen. Seasoning the grill is easy.

My husband has used it just about every day since we received it. It was purchased for a party. We had made-to-order tacos. It was perfect. My husband is right at home when he can cook for a crowd.

I bought this as a gift had it shipped directly to the person. Over half way through assembly they realized that one of the panels had dents in it. They didn’t have a vehicle large enough to take it back to the store and didn’t want to take it all apart so they just kept the damaged gift. I’m disappointed because I spent a lot of money for a nice gift. This was 3 for 3 orders from SAMS club in two weeks that we damaged during shipping. The other two orders I never received because FedEx sent them back to SAMS due to the damaged goods.

I installed it my self and if you follow the directions then you should have no problem. I like the grease drain in the front. Cooking wise, there’s no difference from the other more expensive griddles. I like my purchase. Easy to put together and a lot easier to cook.

Works really well. Somewhat tricky to put together. Make sure when assembling that parts are oriented correctly. Make sure that LP bottle hardware is on the correct side of grill. Also when curing cooktop rags or paper towels can easily become flammable hours after disposal of rags.

I love this grill. It took about 2.5 hours to put together, but the directions were easy to follow. Everything that was supposed to be included was there. No damage during shipping. It was easily seasoned. Everything we have prepared has been incredible. Zero complaints.

Wonderful product! The 4 burners are perfect for grilling several things at same the time. The best part is that the juice/grease runoff port is built into the grill top so that it drains as you cook into a receptacle below. Easily dumped by pulling out the drawer!! It’s a comfortable height for taller people to stand and grill. I’ve had another cooktop from a famous maker and I am sold on this make and model.

First off item arrived dented. Second, assembly was a bit of a hassle. There was this black substance that kept smearing everywhere. I was able to clean it up and cook using it and the food came out great (after figuring out the burners sensitivity.) The burners didn't produce an even heat on the same single length so it took a first round of burnt food to figure it out.
