Good grill and cooks very fast. When we got it the box was all beat up and there was a good size dent on a piece and one of the igniters does not work so we had to use a lighter to light that part

Nice griddle would of been better if it had a closed metal cover and that the 2 trays were able to fold down, therefore taking up less room on my patio.

Love this product,using the griddle 2-3 times per week. Unfortunately, it is a pain in the rear to put together. The manufacturer needs to label all the holes for assembly. Example, a1to a1 etc.

The assembly instructions were very straight forward and assembly was very easy and quick, after seasoning the griddle and cooking with it, it is great, cleanup is easier than my my Members Mark Grill. Great product.

The box was beat up had to get a new base and they shipped it out. Found out putting it together I should have sent it back. But I got it together and it looks alright.

Very good value for the money, new braces prevent warping if griddle. If you want to waste your money on a name go ahead. This thing is solid . Very happy with it

We've had this over a year. I like it. However, I wish Sam's Club carried the drip pans. It is difficult to find the right size. If you are going to sell a product that requires replacements items like the drip pan, please carry in the store or online. Maybe you do and I am overlooking???

Can't beat the price. A little difficult to put together due the the angles to drive the screws. Well constructed but does have some wobble to it when I scrape the cooking surface when cleaning. (even thought my screws are TIGHT) The actual cooking surface is smaller than advertised due to the burner orifices located a few inches from the front. So the very front where the grease trap is, doesn't get comparably hot to the middle and rear of the flat top. That's my biggest gripe. I would've liked more useable cooking surface.

Easy to cook on but difficult to keep clean. The cover that comes with it is pretty much worthless unless you have a covered patio. After my first use I covered it really well and after the first rain I found a puddle of water and rust the day after all my new grill. I was pretty disappointed.
