When we saw this unit on the showroom floor we knew it would work in our space, It fits very well. It is easy to use and cleans very well. The large capacity units make it easy to wash comforters and other bulky items.The unit is quiet and ultra modern looking. Thanks LG for being so creative and forward thinking for those of us with space issues.

I must say, I have never bought a new washer/dryer. I did my homework. We needed to create some space in our garage, and this stackable fit the bill. So quiet and pretty. Does a great wash and dry. The washer has this option for a speedy wash. 15 minutes for a load, and comes out like a regular 45 minute load would with less water.5*****'s

Located in our garage, it has a much smaller footprint that side by sides, takes less time for each function and easy to load/unload. The delivery people were awesome, did not rush and explained the basics after installation. If you would benefit with a tower arrangement I really recommend this LG unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This single stacked laundry unit is awesome! It fit is a small laundry room perfectly and looks great. It performs very well and is very quiet which is a huge plus as the unit is right next to our kitchen . Controls are very straight forward and we love the fact the drier knows what we washed and automatically selects the proper setting, super convenient.

Our laundry room is 6 feet by 6 feet and it was not designed for a short person. Our old side by side washer and dryer combination was 32 inches deep and 38 inches tall. The built-in cabinets were above the washer and dryer and 14 inches deep. That meant my wife had to stretch over the edge of the appliances to get to the cabinet and she could barely reach the bottom shelf. Add to that, the drum on the washer was deep; she had use a gripper to reach the clothes to pull them out. Then we saw a store display of the LG Washtower. That changed the game. We spent a few weeks researching the units and taking measurements to make sure we could fit it in the space we had. It looked good on paper so we decided to buy the unit. I removed the old washer and dryer and tore out all the original cabinets. We patched up the walls and added a fresh coat of paint. To brighten the area, I mounted an LED ceiling light. We bought a freestanding storage cabinet that doubled our shelf space and it was all accessible without stretching. Delivery day went very smooth, the installers were great. They made sure everything was working and all the hookups fit. I finished up by bolting the cabinet to the wall and then we ran our start up test of the Washtower. The center control panel worked well, easy to read and set up both the washer and dryer. What can I say, it was easy to load and my wife is happy. There was no stretching or reaching to load the washer. Detergent and softener trays are easy to fill. Both units operate quietly and with shorter cycles than our old units. After three weeks we are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend it to anyone who needs a new washer and dryer. Plus, they look good. Thank you LG.

The key feature for us is having the controls between the upper and lower machines. We also enjoy getting messages when the loads are ready. We have not found the dryer's dry level function to be useful. We use timed dry to make sure the clothes are dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending 3 years with a heat pump dryer and HOURS of drying time, this machine quickly and cleanly washes and dries multiple loads in no time. Many shirts come out of the dryer without a wrinkle. No more ironing!!!!!

I don't use the wifi features because I have no need to. I only wish the interior lights stayed on long enough to remove all the clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with our laundry center. It is a lot quieter than our previous units. We went with the stacked units so we could add a laundry tub in the extra space. Although expensive, the LG laundry center is worth every penny.
