[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the washtower for about a month now. I really enjoy the size, the cleanliness of the wash, and the various wash and dry options. The only think I have an issue with is that you have to press and hold a button on the electronic panel to turn on the light inside the drums, and sometimes you have to try a few times before the light actually comes on. It would be nice to have a simple on and off button, perhaps on the side of the unit, to turn on the drum lights. It would also be nice if there was an option to keep the light on for an extended period of time. Otherwise, enjoying the unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG washer dryer set (but my first Washtower.) I LOVED my LG washer dryer set but sold my home and the buyers wanted it. So, I needed a new set and only considered the LG Washtowe because of my wonderful experience with my previous LG washer/dryer set. My new home had a very tight laundry room area. The LG Washtower made all of the difference -- plenty of room now and I still have full-size, wonderful washer/dryer set. I installed the Washtower on a platform that is about 5" tall.. (I am 6' tall, so this additional few inches of height made the washer height more comfortable.)

We bought the tower to help gives us more room in the laundry closet plus being short all the controls are easy to read. The performance is wonderful, runs quietly, and love the musical sound when the washer finishes the cycle and the dryer is finished drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a limited space available, but wanted a full size washer/dryer. This was the perfect combination. After more than 4 months, it has proven to be, exactly what we wanted. It is full sized, takes the space of a waher machine, is extremely quiet and washes and dries clothes much better than the old pair it replaced. I would recommend to anyone, whether space is an issue or not.

I brought this item for my new home. It looked nice. Not Having to reach or stand up on my tippy toes was also great. However, I had to run the dryer 5 to 6 times and the clothes still was not dry. A employee where I purchased the machine from told me that, "at least 5 other customers also complained about the machine and also returned their machine ". I was advised that it would be no guarantee that I would not have the same problem and I should maybe select another brand which is what I did.

I bought this and have been happy with it. I like that it pings my phone when the loads are done. With two college kids home for the summer it is nice to remind them since they tend to forget about their laundry. The settings are intuitive. It took me a bit to figure out the custom loads that the machine downloads but I understand now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before buying this , I had an older side by side washer and dryer. It was very noisy and took forever to wash and dry our clothes. Our new unit is very quiet and has multiple settings that quickly washes and drys everything. Even the spin cycle, which was quite noisy on the old unit, is quieter and takes less time. We are very, very happy with our new LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first unit delivered was damaged. Luckily, the distributor had another unit. So far we are very pleased with this combo unit. The washer does a good job and it doesn't take as long to complete the wash cycle as previous units we have owned. The dryer does a good job.we haven't had this unit long enough to explore all the different cycles but I feel we will be please overall with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the wash station tower. Looks great and allowed me to add a sink and cabinet in the small laundry space. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the settings are only available via the app and not on the appliance dashboard. The other thing to note is you can only connect the tower on wifi with 2.4 ghz. I had to split my Wi-Fi into 2 bands to get it to connect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about my LG Washtower! It is great to look at. It is easy to program and use in all different cycles. The tubs are large and light up to let me see my finished load. It is quiet when in use, and I really enjoy the little tune it plays for me when my load is finished. All in all, it was one of the best investments I have ever made.
