I've been living for the past 7 years with an all in one washer/dryer combo that was ventless and I can't believe I've been living a life like that. Loads were taking 3+ hours to complete. Luckily it finally gave out and I got the LG Washtower (VENTED) and it was the best decision I had ever made. My wife and I did 6 loads of laundry in a single day where as with the all in one ventless, that would not be possible ever. The Washtower has a huge capacity for both washer and dryer and the app that helps you keep track of maintenance is a Godsend. The machine also doesn't make much noise when in operation as my older one did. I highly recommend this machine to anyone in the market looking for a high quality machine.

The Washtower integrated system perfectly fits our need, enabling us to include the laundry in a pantry near our kitchen instead of a separate laundry room in the basement. The unit is easy to use and fairly quiet.

I am very excited about this new tower washer. It had been more than 15 years since I had a new new washer and dryer. The cycles are easy to choose, quick and spin the clothes almost dry. Having the controls in middle of the front panel is a game changer. Also having a LP conversion made it possible for me to own. Love it!

The app is awesome with a lot of extra cycles for the washer. I receive notifications every time the wash or dry is complete which is very helpful since I usually put a timer on my phone. Having other washers snd dryers over the years holds no comparison to our LG Washtower. Its truly an awesome innovation in the industry. However I am really disappointed not to have a soak cycle, or soak and rinse cycle, or rinse and spin cycle. I used to use cycles often on my old machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it for the stacking ability as I was remodeling my laundry room to include a sink and toilet. The washer is slightly louder than expected; as my office is right next to the room. It It does not have a "dark clothing" feature like my former washer did. When selecting the wash mode and adding "soil" or more spin, when you press the start button it takes about 60 seconds for the Wash TIME to appear which annoys me. I want to see how long a wash is when I select the additional features. The spin feature is superb. The dryer works well and is very quiet. I have 2 dogs and 5 cats so getting the animal hair is a must and the dryer does it well

I'm very disappointed in my WashTower. On month before the end of its first year the washer had a major failure. The washer started making a loud noise while in the spin cycle. I tried all the online help and the recommendation from LG. The until stopped working al together with a "te" error. That's when I noticed the hole in the wash tub. The Tech that came out said the tub had "slid on the drive shaft". He stated that he had to order parts and it could be several weeks before they can repair the unit. I'm now on my 2nd week of having to go to the laundromat. Needless to say I'm not very satisfied with the WashTower or LG
