Most of the other stacked units we looked at was just 2 units bolted together which made the dryer controls about 6’ high and difficult to see and use. Love the optional choices for operation and the steam feature.

Outstanding piece of technology. Super efficient washing and drying both with low levels of nose. The one negative is the user friendliness of the app. The app gives access to a range of online programs but: 1/ The do not include the standard manual options available on the machine- why? 2/ To access the options one needs to remember to click on the down site next to the word NORMAL- again why? Please upgrade the app interface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for a couple of months now and after a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, have found this washer-dryer combined unit to do a great job with my laundry. It has so many more features than my previous units that I had to keep the manual handy the first couple of weeks of use to make sure I was using the best settings to get the maximum benefits from the system, but have now got things figured out and laundry day goes by much quicker than it used to. The Turbo function saves me at least a half hour over my old system each time I use it and gets better results. The steam function on the washer is new to me and I believe is helping get my laundry more clean. The steam function on the dryer has let me refresh and sanitize clothes, blankets and pillows that don't need a wash. The combined unit saves space in my laundry area, allowing me to add shelving for additional storage space. I am very satisfied with this purchase and with the quality of the system. I am looking forward to many years of use.

The app is awesome with a lot of extra cycles for the washer. I receive notifications every time the wash or dry is complete which is very helpful since I usually put a timer on my phone. I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The L G Wash Tower holds nearly twice the wash as any other stackable washer and dryer that could fit the the small area we had available. The washer dryer provides many operating options including a wrinkle removing spray, plays music, and can easily be operated by a cell phone. And it does a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been looking for a more practical full-size washer & dryer solution than stacking units where the top controls would require a step stool for some family members. The Washtower integrated system perfectly fits our need, enabling us to include the laundry in a pantry near our kitchen instead of a separate laundry room in the basement. The unit is easy to use and fairly quiet.

I'd love tog I've it more stars if I could ever get the app to work on a consistent basis. Without the app the units are limited to 4 cycle types. I need many of the other wash and dry options that are only available by the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been very pleased with how well this unit washes and dries my clothes. It is quiet and completes the cycles quickly. My only complaint would be the dry sensor in the dryer. It sometimes will sense blankets are dry when they are slightly damp. It’s because sensor is triggered by touch so when a damp part of blanket doesn’t touch sensor, dryer shuts off. Just need to use time dry when drying blankets which shuts off sensor. Otherwise, it’s a great unit.

I love the large open washer, and dryer, too! I love the stainless steel tubs. I love the touch controls. I love the see through doors. I love the soap dispenser. Like I said, so far, so good.
