bought it a while ago and was backordered so I was really hoping it was worth the wait and it was! this is like the Tesla of washers and dryers! it's quiet, washes good, it's super big (in my old washer I would do 3 loads where here it is just one . and I love that it sings when it finished a cycle. the phone updates are also nice. I'm impressed with this machine.

The quality and features have me roped in while the ease of use and utility have my wife enamored. She's 5 foot 1 so the control center being in the middle is a godsend. The steam features are a whole other level of use as well, considering we have a husky that we adore that absolutely loves to shed on every last thing we own. This purchase was one of my favorites I have made in a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still getting used to my new tower washer and dryer but am enjoying it so far. It is much quieter than any washer/dryer that I've had in the past. I love how it tells you how much time your load is going to take, so you know how much time you have to do something else why waiting for the load to finish. Even the the tubs are larger than my previous stackable units, it takes up less space in my utility room.

While we've only had this a month so far, it's been better than expected. The wash cycle is faster than we've come to learn for a high efficiency washer, which was a pleasant surprise. Clothes come out very clean. App is OK but usable. Integration into Alexa is really nice. Very nervous being a single unit how easy it will be to repair down the road. If one unit dies, you're throwing out the other half. They do come apart for repair and moving but that just adds to the time and complexity, which will be much more expensive for a repairman, and much more time for DIY repairs. Fingers crossed that remains to be seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally i would not have thought that I like them stacked - But we redid our laundry room just for that particular tower and so I also can have the steamer ;) I love LG my last washer dryer was over 11 years young and still working. The only thing I have to say…the APP needs work. I Simply do NOT like the APP its not easy and it is not what I was hoped for. I thought maybe I can preprogram cycles - no. Just to turn it on remotely and get a Ding on my phone to tell me washer and or dryer are finished…i do not need that really. IMO the APP is useless but that don’t mean the Washer / Dryer is not getting 5 stars because the machines are fabulous! Simple as that. I also hoped the music would have changed or be changeable since its the same tune for a decade now.

One thing both my husband and I noticed is that the washer doesn't rock and roll when on the spin cycle and the clothes come out not soaked when we put them in the dryer. I have been using this LG wash tower for about a month and I really like the washer/ dryer in one unit. It saves space but is full size and can accommodate king size bedding. My clothes come out clean and fresh and the dryer works great. I found this unit to be user friendly even though it is higher tech than my old unit.. It has minimal noise even on spin cycle and when finished instead of a buzzer, it plays a tune. I hope it lasts for many years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is perfect for small places where stand alone units will not fit. Even though it is a stacked unit it is not too tall for shorter people. All the controls are in the center which makes it very user friendly. If you are a tech person you will love the features in the app. It did take some time for me to figure out how to connect the unit to the app. The instructions are not very good.

I plan to have it serviced to be sure this is normal. The wifi feature is a bit confusing at first. You have to set the cycles on your phone for water temperature, spin, etc.

I ended up with a superior product that is so energy efficient and easy to reach touch screen for washing and drying.
