Doing the laundry now takes half the time and the musical jingle feature notifying when laundry is finished is a much better “command” as opposed to the terrible loud buzzing noise of other machines. I was looking at a less expensive stackable unit, with top load washer, but am so glad that I spent more and got this unit. It has so many features and for being a unit that fits a smaller space, it has great capacity! I am very happy with it!!!

I love how I can leave it open a crack (magnet keeps it in position) in order to let it dry out inside, to prevent and mold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer has a high pitched squeal after 12 months of normal use. Warranty company says it is a manufacturing problem. Drum rubs against back of he unit. There is no fix, no replacement. I just get to live with it. It’s junk. Stay away from LG Washtower.

We love the machine. The second one we've bought. Support is great. It has dowloadable cycles but they don't always show up in the App. The ap is good but not very intuitive. I learned recently that the cycles with asterisks by them I have to hold for 3 to 5 seconds to activate them eg the Tub Clean cycle. It has some diagnostic error that doesn't prevent it from working but there is no way to reset it?
