[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washtower 2 weeks ago, and so far no complaints. The remote start on the app thus far hasn't been that helpful, but the the dryer is awesome at communicating with the washer about the previous load and adjusting its settings. The capacity is full size, and is smaller than my previous stacked washer/dryer. The company that LG worked with to deliver the washtower was also quick to install it, without any issues. I'm very satisfied with this product so far. I will say that I completed this review for a chance to win a promotional product, but these are my true thoughts on it.

We now use the extra space for storage that we sorely needed as our house is only 1301 sq ft. It is also super quiet and does not lack in features. Thanks LG for thinking of us!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the new LG Washtower - it's quiet, efficient, easy to use and even sings you a tune when it is done washing or drying. It has many different cycles to cover all your washing/drying needs. I especially like that it fits well in my very small laundry room, yet is able to handle large loads. I really wanted something that could wash/dry my queen size comforter, even though I had limited space.

It's been exactly one year since we bought this washer/dryer combo and on top of saving a ton of space in our laundry room, it has been very efficient and easy to use. The machine has an excellent sensor system that realizes very quickly if your clothes are dry and stops the dryer to save energy.

After more than 4 months, it has proven to be, exactly what we wanted. It is full sized, takes the space of a waher machine, is extremely quiet and washes and dries clothes much better than the old pair it replaced. I would recommend to anyone, whether space is an issue or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a first time LG owner we are so happy we purchased the LG washer/dryer. It has been a real treat to do our laundry in an up-to-date machine. Saving $$$ on our water and electric bill too with its high efficiency. We were not going to get the model with steam in the dryer but so glad we did it is a great feature to freshen up stored clothing. It is so quiet and cleans our laundry more effectively than out old unit did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer arrived not functioning. Repair guy already replaced the valves which fixed that issue, but now he said the control board needs to be replaced. Pretty unacceptable for a brand new machine. Looks nice otherwise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washer/dryer combo I've ever owned. Unlike separate units that are stacked, this is a single unit with shared control logic. The dryer knows what you just washed so it adjusts automatically to dry the load. And it uses so little detergent and water but gets everything really clean. So it's good for the environment and for your energy budget.
