Only took 6 months to get an undamaged unit no fault of LG. Mike took the time to make sure everything in working order and have now been using the unit for two weeks with no issues.

I love the color options and the sleek look that it provides. Love the flat face and the touch buttons! I have read into this machine for about four hours and it has awesome options and I can use it from my cell phone to Function my machine while I’m away from home. It’s super quiet and it actually CLEANS your clothes! I highly recommend getting these machines!

I bought this a few weeks ago and it is exactly what I needed for my laundry room/mud room redo. The unit has given me enough room to put a bench with a shoe caddie in the same room. The washer and drier combo clean my husband’s work clothes better than our last machines. The plus I didn’t realize is that I am using significantly less water per month and that makes my water bill considerably less. Glad I made this purchase.

I love the large open washer, and dryer, too! I love the stainless steel tubs. I love the touch controls. I love the see through doors. I love the soap dispenser. Like I said, so far, so good.

My only complaint is that not all options for wash and dry are on the tower they are only listed in the app. The app is amazing though! I love the notifications about when the cycles are done on my phone!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to hate doing laundry but with my new LG washer and dryer combo stackable now laundry is a breeze!! Even my 4 year old loves to help! We love all the great features especially steaming mode!

The LG WashTower is the marriage of form and function. The space saving design has allowed me to easily add it to an area of my renovated laundry space and freed up enough space for a much coveted laundry sink. Controls are easy to see and use. The ThinQ functions are great to have for additional laundry care options. The washer is very efficient with water, but clothes come out clean and fresh every time. Having the dryer “linked” to the washer is absolutely a user friendly option. The dryer knows what to do based on the washer settings. It is so quiet I’m glad to have the app to tell me when the washer or dryer is done. I do wish LG would add a soak downloadable option for the washer. That being said I’m enjoying the WashTower and all it’s functionality and design!

I know that's silly, but on top of doing a fantastic job cleaning, drying, and steaming clothes, it's beautiful and fun to operate. I love that the dryer knows what settings to use based on what was just washed -- they talk to each other! SO quiet (except for the finishing chimes, they go on for quite the song), so efficient, I'm a very happy customer.

It washes small loads and larger items with ease. The dryer is also efficient and handles all types of clothes well. For installation, the dryer has the option to vent the dryer in the back or on it's side. We have a limited amount of space and having the option to side vent the dryer was a welcomed choice. We highly recommend this unit.
