Purchased this unit a month ago. Very sleek and well designed combo unit. Really uses space efficiently. The controls for both appliances are located in middle of console so no reaching up for dryer controls. Cycle options are good and the express settings are really nice. Really please with unit. Just make sure you measure your space where you will be installing since exhaust duct if in middle and could interfere with water controls.

I love that there is only one panel and it's in the middle. I am tall and still had a hard time reaching the dials on the dryer of old machine - which were stacked as well. It has every option available, is easy to use, does a fabulous job and fits perfectly. Overall, this is fantastic replacement! I love it and would highly recommend it!

I did a lot of research ahead to understand the different features and delivery and installation went off without a hitch. Our traditional washer and dryer was so loud that I thought we were on a airport runway every time the spin cycle came on but now I don't even notice. I love using the app and it really does help get laundry done faster with the notifications. Washing smaller loads to use less laundry products has been a slight adjustment and I do wish the washer wasn't so low but I'm really happy with my purchase overall. I can't wait to order the LG Studio Styler next!

I can truly say it is now a joy to do laundry. I love the control board in the middle. No more standing on tiptoes to read dials. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of washing at laundromats, where clothes got clean, now with this Washtower they get clean to a new, much higher level; yes it’s noticeable. When in operation, it is so comparatively quiet, that I can take a nap within 10 feet. Plus the ending chime is a very nice bonus feature. Serves its purpose and gets the job done in the nicest, most pleasant way possible. A bit of a learning curb (took a while to find Tub Clean under Bedding), but nothing major. Very happy and grateful I pulled-the-trigger on this well-designed and built LG machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish the solenoids for water flow were a little more dampened, they're very abrupt and cause some "water hammer" effect. Also, it was bit a of bear to get delivered/installed--by LG's delivery people! They pretended not to know how to unstack the unit and it took a cash bribe to get them to do the considerable work to get it installed in my condo. Final issue is the app/notifications are sometimes kinda stupid. Every 30-40 cycles it asks me if my hoses are hooked up properly, for example. Otherwise, it does a great job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new WashTower a couple months ago and I LOVE IT! I am 5'3" and have no problem reaching into the top dryer. I can fit everything I could into our old large capacity washer/dryer and it takes up half the space. Love the allergen/sanitize and steam options but my favorite option is the wrinkle care button that keeps fluffing the laundry if I can't get to it as soon as it's done drying. I honestly can not think of one negative thing to say about it. Highly recommend.
