[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL AND SO FAR IT IS WORKING FINE. THE DRYNESS SENSOR COULD BE A LITTLE MORE ACCURATE BECAME SOME ITEMS REMAINED DAMP. ALSO I WOULD HAVE LIKED A TIMING OPTION ON THE DRYER THAT IS LESS THAN 20 MINUTES MINIMUM THAT EXISTS NOW.

I recently purchased the lg washtower in the nature green color. Have used it for a month now and can fully give it a review. The features are amazing but need some time to get use to downloading wash cycles through the app onto the washer and dryer. Love it just wish I can change soil settings on the app as well.

I researched it for a while and decided to purchase it. So far this unit has been the best I owned. I hope it will last 10 + years like the old ones did. It doesn't have the odors that the old ones did. That is a big plus for us. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Only one thing I would like to complain about is, the dryer wasn't powerful enough to make the clothes dry up in only one load.

My clothes smell so good after washing and there are so many cycles to choose from to keep my clothes in great condition. I have a small laundry room and it saves so much space! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my Washtower about 3 months ago as part of a laundry room/pantry redesign. It’s sleek, powerful, quiet, and beautiful! It takes up half the space of my former dinosaurs and fits perfectly in the standard W/D alcove with a new drying rack next to it. It also blends beautifully with my pantry items and shelving in the same room. White doors and black hardware bring it all together. Bought this Washtower in the black stainless and it looks almost custom with the new black rack. Can’t say enough about the great job it does on my clothes; they come out spotless and nearly wrinkle-free. I’d totally recommend this machine - technology has overcome laundry drudgery. My laundry room is now my happy place.

It is hooked up to its own wifi and it gives you many more settings for washing and drying. The customer service is top notch. My only regret is that the door was not able to be switched which I needed for my small space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 3 delivery attempts (damaged units) and 2 repairs the 3rd repairman Mike knew what he was doing and fixed my machine. Only took 6 months to get an undamaged unit no fault of LG. Mike took the time to make sure everything in working order and have now been using the unit for two weeks with no issues.

This tops the list for both. I love the speed wash option on this. It washes clean everytime. I’m so happy with LG that I’ve recommended it for my parents who just moved to a new home.
