This unit uses less space than our previous side by side washer and dryer. It cleans better as well. It looks better in the laundry room space. I am looking forward to our electricity bill to see if it is more efficient than our previous side by side.

App is a great at reminding you when you loads are done so you can remove them. (We’ve all left clothes in the wash for a few day when you get busy). The grey also looks great. The only draw back; it’s difficult to get level.

From the beginning, the dryer continued to turn off and my laundry was not properly dried. I kept asking for a visit to the technician, but they still have no response except for the email response. I've never seen such a problem with a new item.And their service is really disappointing.

We could have used side by side units but by going with the tower we freed up space in the utility room using the otherwise wasted vertical space. The unit is incredibly quiet. We can't hear anything when the utility room door is closed even in the hallway right outside it. The tower does a fine job of washing and drying. Overall this is a great product based on a few weeks of use.

This is the most incredible laundry system in the world. I needed to replace my full sized front loading washer and decided to chuck the dryer too to get this "smart" wall unit. I live in a condo so laundry room and general storage space is at a premium. This fit my space and freed up a huge amount of space that I could add shelving to. The BEST thing is how well it washes and drys. It's easy to load/unload, runs quiet, the control settings are at just the right level for an easy read and reach. The fact that the units 'talk' to each other takes the guess work out of dryer settings. The wash itself is excellent (no detergent residue after the rinse) and detergent, bleach, softener loading easy and in the right spot for measuring. The steam freshness setting is a great feature that I never thought I'use. Overall it is a time saver too! I look actually forward to doing my laundry. I'm a senior (70's) widower so these things really mean a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently did a renovation of my kitchen and bath/laundry and this machine has been in use for about a month now. I absolutely love it. My favorite thing is the Steam Fresh cycle on the dryer. I've used it for throw blankets, dog bedding and pillows and in 10 minutes everything has come out beautifully refreshed. Both the washer and dryer have large capacity and the machine is very quiet.

In spring 2022, I bought a Frigidaire single unit washer/dryer because the house I purchased in 2012 came with an earlier model. I was happy with that one so when it was time to replace it, I chose the latest Frigidaire unit, I was unhappy from day one. In fact the first one delivered was defective and replaced. I finally concluded that the engineering on that unit was done by people who don’t do laundry. A local appliance store recommended the LG. I really wanted to buy American but based on the store’s recommendation, I got the LG, partly because the controls were sensibly positioned for a short person. I thought I preferred the Frigidaire top loader because it gave me a place to fold clothes but I’ve adapted to the front loader and prefer it now, especially the more measured use of water. And I like the fabric softener dispense which the other didn’t have. My only criticism is that I don’t think I’m able to select the water temperature for the rinse cycle. It appears to use the same temp as the wash cycle. This LG unit is far superior to the former unit that it is hard to find words to compare. I’m so glad I switched to LG.
