[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the supply side issues I was only able to get the tower immediately since by 13 yr old washer died Although I did not need the space saving provided by the tower I will create a new laundry area in my garage. I am only 5 ft tall so I appreciate the controls in the center and yes I can reach the dryer The washer is a little lower than I like but I am adjusting to the lack of pedestals. After a quick research I was set on LG for my new washer and dryer. The dryer is amazing, truly fast. The washer I am still looking for the best setting but it does get the clothes clean. The quick wash is great for cleaning up after mtg foster puppies. Overall the price good and I have spoken to LG customer service and they went out of their way to be helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: - quiet while running - it has a steam feature - love how the dryer knows what the washer just did and recommends an appropriate dryer setting - app notifications help prevent you from forgetting about wet clothes - it looks so good! Cons - the washer has had some soap left inside the door after the wash cycles - the dryer has lint between the door wall and seal which makes makes me think its not sealed properly (might just be mine?). I never had that happen with my previous setup.

Less than 4 months in use and already throwing error codes. Of course they want to blame it on everything except for the machine. Come to find out this is a common issue and they don't want to cover it. They also did away with key cycles and made it very difficult to use on their app.

I have used a front loader for years and did not want to go to a top loader. The size and centrally located controls are what sold me on your product. We should be moving in around the middle of May. I am so looking forward to using your product!

It works well and I like the notification when my load is done. It lacks some other features which others modern units have, like automatic detergent dispersal.

The installation area is a hall closet so space is very limited the unit fit beautifully and I am thrilled that I was able to find a full size beautiful newly designed appliance. This is my first LG Appliance and I will definitely checkout LG for future replacement needs.

It can handle large loads which in turn has cut down on my laundry loads. I also love how I can use ThinQ to get updates on my washing or drying loads as well as suggestions and notifications to improve how I am using my washtower.

Drum rubs against back of he unit. There is no fix, no replacement. I just get to live with it. It’s junk. Stay away from LG Washtower.

Clothes come out clean from the wash and just dry enough from the dryer! I’m really glad that I chose this set and I would recommend it to anyone in need of a new washer/dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit, our main reason for this purchase was its appearance. It’s clean, modern lines appealed to us since our laundry area is “on display” in our kitchen. It’s beautiful to look at! Looks aside, I love that the controls are sandwiched in the center, making far easier to operate than our former stackable set. Also, the dryer sits at at more reasonable height, making it easier to load or empty (versus reaching up high). The washer is illuminated, which I also find helpful. The cycles are great, as long as you download the ThinQ app. You can find numerous options in the app for washing/drying all types of laundry. I have owned this unit for about a month now & I’m very pleased! Now I just need LG to make a French door refrigerator that looks equally awesome!
