[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this wash tower as I was limited in space in my laundry room. I selected LF because of the center control panel. I'm short (5'1") and couldnt reach most of the other companies controls. Ive been using it for about a month, and I really like it. It is an adjustment getting used to bending so low to get the clothes out of the washer. If you are tall, take this into consideration. All in all I am very happy with it! I'm still figuring out downloading different cycles on the app. I'm sure once I put a little time into doing it, it will be helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our recent purchase of a mobile home in a senior gated community resulted in a considerable smaller living space. The washer and dryer that was in the unit at the time of purchase worked however occupied too much space. We purchased the LG tower to better utilize space available as well as the obtaining a front loader washer with the great reputation LG products provide.

This is a beautiful, solidly designed machine. It is much quieter than my previous all-in-one, and I love that the controls are all at the center of the unit(s). For all the intelligent design, however, I cannot fathom why the water temp, especially is so non-adjustable. "Normal" wash cycle will not let you set it for cold water. Why not? Many people and many detergents, have switched to using cold water routinely, to save money and energy use. I have to pretend I'm washing "Bedding" to be able to use cold water. Same problem with "Normal" drying. ONLY high heat is allowed there. I have not used high heat in 20 years. So, again, "Bedding" is my setting. This seems really dumb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the unit for about 3 months and loved it right away. The only negative is having to use the app on my phone every time I want to use a wash or dry cycle other than the 4 main programs programmed in the unit.

The smooth drum movement and quietness are outstanding. The led electronic controls are easy to use and give it an upscale look compared to other units we considered. Made a great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally stalked this unit for 6 months! All my appliances are LG. When I saw this come out last year I knew I had to have it. Finally my dryer died after 15 years and my purchase was justified. I literally don't hear it operating in any cycle until it's done and the melodious end of cycle chime summons me to the laundry room. It senses the load/type of laundry excellently. I can wash and dry in less time than my previous dinosaurs would take to do either one. I haven't had the opportunity to measure water efficiency but I'm sure it will put a smile on my face. I truly enjoy my laundry tasks now.

Took a bit of getting used to electronic controls - previous machines were 18 years old! Just the right size to fit into our narrow space. Cannot use high spin on delicate cycle which leaves my delicate cycle towels (yes they require it!) a bit too wet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just added this wash tower to our main floor, and I used it for the first time yesterday. The controls are fairly intuitive--I only had to look up the red DOOR LOCK icon. Connecting to wifi was easy as well. I've never had a front loading washer or dryer, so that is going to take some adjustment. As a result, I missed seeing one item left in the washer (you have to bend quite a bit to see inside and I'm not that limber anymore). I love the phone app because I can see the time left on each cycle. Having our laundry now on the main floor is going to be safer than carrying laundry baskets to the basement and life-changing as well for the convenience. The wash tower tucks neatly into a corner of our mudroom.

I was genuinely excited to finally get my new WashTower, but this entire experience with LG has been incredibly disappointing. They confirmed delivery for December 4, 2025 between 12:30pm and 4:30pm, so I went ahead and booked my condo’s elevators and rearranged my entire day around this appointment. Then… nothing. No updates, no courtesy call—nothing until 4:00pm, when LG finally reached out to say they were running late and asked if they could deliver later. Since that was outside my reserved elevator time, I had to scramble to check with my condo management. They promised to call me back, but they never did. By 5:00pm, I was the one calling them, still hoping the delivery might happen. Instead, I was told—very casually—that they wouldn’t be able to deliver at all. After all the preparation, the time off work, and the inconvenience, I was offered with no reasonable solution. To make things worse, the next available delivery date they offered wasn’t even the next day—it was Saturday. What’s most upsetting is that even after all this, they still couldn’t guarantee that the product would arrive within their delivery window next time. I can’t keep putting huge chunks of my time on hold for a delivery that might not even happen. This experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and honestly really disheartening. I expected better from LG.
