Very easy to operate, quiet, and fast. Love the speed wash cycle when I want to just wash a few items. Love LG products have a full size at my summer home which has never disappointed me and would definitely consider replacing it with this style Iwhen it quits working. Would definitely purchase again. It uses less product and is prettycompactand fits into a smaller space. We do wish that the doors would swing openwider and there when the dryer doesn't dry your clothes when using energy saver..

I am in an apartment and it is perfect for this space. It has worked out very well for me. I am so happy with this purchase and will definitely recommend it .

This is the exact unit I wanted but really couldn't afford it so I was going to buy a lesser cheaper unit. It's so easy to use so quiet you don't even know it's running. It gets my clothes super clean and smelling fresh. And it was so easy to install in the directions are easy to understand! I love it I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought unit 2months ago and have had it serviced (unsuccessfully). The dryer trips the arc fault circuit breaker so I had to replace with old style breaker (not legal). It will not connect to the app so most useful functions are not available (air fluff and timed dry (without sensor)). Would be much easier to see display and control by wifi device as one could hold display at proper height and angle for viewing.

I can now do my washing and drying very easily for touching a few buttons. I still haven't figured out how to setup the Wifi but im sure that will happen soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the LG WashTower for a month and washed 5 loads but so far I am happy with my purchase. I and still noodling on the fact that this washer and dryer is ONE machine, meaning if one or the other stops working I will have no option but to purchase both. I feel confident that I would most likely buy as a pair anyway but that is with the anticipation that it would a number of years down the road. The features are plentiful and nice to have but I do find the machine to be much louder than anticipated. I'm not sure why that is but it was a bit unsettling at first, making me think something was wrong. So far, nothing has proven to be wrong so it's obviously, just loud.
