[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new washer. We went to the dealer after researching the brands online. LG was rated at the top of every review we checked. We went to the LG section and saw the tower, we had room for the compact system in our small washroom. We liked the large capacity and the control panel in the center where it was easy to access as opposed to stacked units where the control panel on the top unit is up where we could need a step stool to reach it. Units are working great, easy to use. They are also very quiet

We have had our new washer/dryer unit for several months and so far it’s been great. Love how easy it is to use. Only complaint so far is since we bought the green unit, I’ve noticed the paint has chipped on the front of the dryer where clothes hit it when transferring it from the washer to dryer. It very small, but disappointing. Otherwise they have been great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to make a bedroom upstairs in my house into a laundry room and was looking for a unit that would fit in a closet. Different ones I looked at were top loaded and the dryer unit was too high for me to get the clothes out. The salesman at S&W suggested this model & I love it. Still trying to figure out some of the buttons, but so far, it is working great, and I am having fun buying pieces to complete the room.

I was intrigued by the versatility of this stacked set. Being a short 5 foot two, I didn't want a double stacked set with controls I couldn't reach. I love that both sets of controls are center set for easy reach. I can design custom settings for different washloads if I feel really creative. Overall I am pleased with the performance of this set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our LG Washtower for for 2 weeks now and we are extremely happy with it's performance and results. It is quiet and efficient. It has a lot of bells and whistles that we haven't gotten to yet, but we will. It does a great job of cleaning out clothes and uses very little detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our 1st purchase of a stackable washer/dryer. We were surprised that when the delivery men unpacked the machines, they were already attached. We love the ONE control panel for both machines. Love the fact that both will "think" about what is inside and select the cycle to use. If I had to say anything negative is that I can't seem to get the WiFi feature to work or find where on the control panel it lets me know when the laundry soap needs to be refilled. But that's on me because I need to call Support. We highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LG Washtower to free up space in my laundry closet and I couldn’t be happier! The washer and dryer are both very quiet and are large enough to clean my king size quilt without problems. The washtower is very sleek and modern with more controls than I will probably ever use, but the addition of WiFi capabilities is so fun and convenient! I love it!

Our laundry room is 6 feet by 6 feet and it was not designed for a short person. Our old side by side washer and dryer combination was 32 inches deep and 38 inches tall. The built-in cabinets were above the washer and dryer and 14 inches deep. That meant my wife had to stretch over the edge of the appliances to get to the cabinet and she could barely reach the bottom shelf. Add to that, the drum on the washer was deep; she had use a gripper to reach the clothes to pull them out. Then we saw a store display of the LG Washtower. That changed the game. We spent a few weeks researching the units and taking measurements to make sure we could fit it in the space we had. It looked good on paper so we decided to buy the unit. I removed the old washer and dryer and tore out all the original cabinets. We patched up the walls and added a fresh coat of paint. To brighten the area, I mounted an LED ceiling light. We bought a freestanding storage cabinet that doubled our shelf space and it was all accessible without stretching. Delivery day went very smooth, the installers were great. They made sure everything was working and all the hookups fit. I finished up by bolting the cabinet to the wall and then we ran our start up test of the Washtower. The center control panel worked well, easy to read and set up both the washer and dryer. What can I say, it was easy to load and my wife is happy. There was no stretching or reaching to load the washer. Detergent and softener trays are easy to fill. Both units operate quietly and with shorter cycles than our old units. After three weeks we are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend it to anyone who needs a new washer and dryer. Plus, they look good. Thank you LG.

The machine washes great and I like the larger capacity. When the unit was moved in place, the dryer casing is very-very thin and easily dents, consequently, the first load drying reflected the drum rubbing against the out casing. The company we bought it from did come out and pull the dent out, but would not replace it. So far it does not seem to have affected the quality of the operation.
