I bought this 2 weeks ago and I am thrilled with the set. The tower will allow me to have room enough to put in a utility sink next to them which will make my life so much simpler. I have already used them 8 times and they are large enough for our full loads. I am only 5 ft. 1 so the controls are at a perfect level and it is easy to load and unload both the washer and drier. The installation was flawless and in about 15 minutes I was ready to start a load. I am very excited about this purchase and would highly recommend this unit.

I like that you can send wash and dryer setting from IPhone to Washtower. The only thing I am happy is when you setup remote start that command isn't save once you power off the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the LG WashTower for a month and washed 5 loads but so far I am happy with my purchase. I and still noodling on the fact that this washer and dryer is ONE machine, meaning if one or the other stops working I will have no option but to purchase both. I feel confident that I would most likely buy as a pair anyway but that is with the anticipation that it would a number of years down the road. The features are plentiful and nice to have but I do find the machine to be much louder than anticipated. I'm not sure why that is but it was a bit unsettling at first, making me think something was wrong. So far, nothing has proven to be wrong so it's obviously, just loud.

Not only does it clean great, the cycle finish alarms are not obnoxious, the steam feature works great, noise level is great as it is installed inside our office. The controls in the middle are in a good position. The only update I would want is to be able to adjust the controls for the pre-programmed cycles (temperature, so in, etc)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit because it was the ONLY full-sized washer/dryer I could find that would fit in my second floor laundry closet. Thanks LG! It seems quiet and efficient, with the wash cycle much shorter than my old unit. (Though the dry cycle is a bit longer.) Installation is not easy. It comes as a single unit weighing 300+ pounds, and when the installation dudes teetered backward on my stairs I thought there might be a loss of both human and machine. (Fortunately they recovered quickly!) Some things about this machine baffle me. There is no spin and drain cycle, no "no heat" setting on the dryer, and the timed dry only allows you to choose 20-minute increments. The lights in the washer and dryer are very nice, but they don't turn on when I want them to, and they turn off too quickly when I'm unloading. Apparently it's normal that water pools around the seal of the washer after the cycle is done that needs to be mopped up. Despite repeated tries I have not been able to connect it to my phone. I can see it connected to my wi-fi, but have no idea what its password is. I'm not sure what the "steam" function is all about, but when I used it with the washer the wash time (including an extra rinse) went up to 1 hour and 50 minutes! I used it with the dryer and my clothes came out more wrinkled than ever. I don't get it. So, the bottom line for me is that it's fine as a basic washer/dryer, but the fancy features seem pretty useless.

I spent the first weekend washing everything I could find.and the combo worker like a dream. My only problem is getting WiFi working. Both units are easy to operate, quiet and most important, get everything really clean. My favorite thing is the little jingle it plays when they’re finished.
