And this unit it is so quiet sometimes we forget that we have clothes washing and drying. Thank you to all the people at LG for developing this unit !!!

Less than 4 months in use and already throwing error codes. Of course they want to blame it on everything except for the machine. Come to find out this is a common issue and they don't want to cover it. They also did away with key cycles and made it very difficult to use on their app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this sight unseen because I thought it was a great idea to have the controls located centrally and not up high like on a stackable set. It’s been a wonderful machine, smooth, quiet and vibration free. Allergy cycle is great. Only minor detail is it could use a no-heat cycle for the dryer. Very satisfied overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a small wash room and using the stack unit allowed us to put in more shelving and cabinets. The wash cycle is faster that our old LG unit which is great. So far it’s a perfect fit for use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a 16 year old washer and a 21 year old dryer - so it is a vast improvement. I live in a condo, and the washer and dryer are in the passage from the unit to the garage, so there is limited space. The old washer and dryer fit side-by-side, but the space is so shallow that any new side-by-side options would block the exit door, so stacking was the only option. My neighbors with the same floor plan have stacked LG washer/dryers. I love that this unit is pre-stacked and the controls are in the center. It washes and dries much more efficiently than my old models. The only downside is that when the dryer door is open, the latch is just about eye level - and I have to get around the door to carry laundry in. An automatic retractible latch would be a great safety feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer arrived not functioning. Repair guy already replaced the valves which fixed that issue, but now he said the control board needs to be replaced. Pretty unacceptable for a brand new machine. Looks nice otherwise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me awhile to decide if I wanted to have electric and plumbing done so I could have a unit on the 1st floor. It was the best decision I could have made. It has made my life so much easier. No more changes of falling carrying laundry upstairs every again. It is a lifesaver especially when you are up in age. Thank you to LG for finally making such a wonderful product.

Linda, my beautiful lady, who gets distressed just hearing about electronics, digitalization of any form and any home device that does not have knobs and dials, was not that happy with the suggestion that we would be getting a new Washer/Dryer Tower, especially one that has electronic touch controls. So, when we received our beautiful LG appliance on August 6, 2022, she saw the recommendation in the owner’s manual to read all of the operating instructions before actually using it. She read the instructions twice, and that helped a lot. Both of us now have tried many of the various features, and this washer/dryer tower is performing well. We believe that it is both efficient and effective. The old guy, me, will get around eventually to installing the LG App on his smartphone. Thanks LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer/dryer a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with it. It is modern and technical but not so much that you need to be a scientist to understand how to use it. It is beautiful and does a great job of both washing and drying my clothes.

I bought the set more than 2 years ago and. Hold my be happier. I especially love the steam feature which works like wonder when I use at home dry clean kits. The staked units also save a lot of space. It is gentle on my gas bill, too. I hardly notice any difference in the bill when I do laundry three times a day.
