[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot believe I am writing a review about a washer/dryer…but this thing is killer. We had our old stuff for the last 10 years and it was great. So we thought until we bought this LG unit! I haven’t done a scientific experiment to deduce this claim but here goes…Our laundry is cleaner, smells, better, less wrinkles, and more sanitary! I agree, it makes no sense why this is but it is! We use the same water, the same detergent and softener everything is the same except for the machine! It has to be that our old machine was just tired and I guess, smelly! Kind of like us when we age? Haha! So, do yourself and your laundry a favor and get this machine…it is wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed an LG stackable washer/ dryer in my new kitchen remodel. Although it is compact it can wash a day a large load of clothes efficiently. It sleek and tucks behind cabinet door nicely. Although it is a handsome design so not sure that was even necessary.

Our dryer was still working, but we figured it was the same age as the leaking washing machine. WOW! Has technology changed in 12 years. Faster cleaning, faster drying, and the convenience of newest technology is unbelievable. So happy we went with LG, as they are the best out there.

The center controls are great (especially for my 5'-3" mother). Both the washer and dryer have a good capacity much better than the typical stacked units. I really like the steam drying function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our laundry center was installed about twelve days ago. Our first four or five loads washed and dried perfectly but then the dryer would not heat up which was rather disappointing. But the good news is LG's online chat determined that we needed a service call and they scheduled it for us within two business days with a local repair service. The repairman arrived on time and was competent and efficient. He replaced a defective igniter with a brand new one and had us up and running within an hour. It works perfectly again. We love how it looks, how it cleans and dries and that it is so very quiet. We're very happy with our purchase.

The machine washes great and I like the larger capacity. When the unit was moved in place, the dryer casing is very-very thin and easily dents, consequently, the first load drying reflected the drum rubbing against the out casing. The company we bought it from did come out and pull the dent out, but would not replace it. So far it does not seem to have affected the quality of the operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our tower for over a month. It looks amazing. I love having the controls all in the middle. I am though with a few things. 1. The light doesn’t come on automatically when you open the door. 2. A major problem with the app which would allow me to download an additional type of load. I am totally frustrated with this! You can NOT adjust the water temp on the loads that are pre programmed . WHY? That’s just dumb! Quite often I just want to put my throw rugs in the dryer on air to fluff . There is NO air only cycle!! 3. If I use the dryer cycle on something besides VERY dry the clothes are really too damp. If I try to put them back in the dryer thinks they are dry and it won’t go again. I miss my last set! Would not recommend this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I switched from the stand-alone washer and dryer to the tower, I thought I'd have to compromise on the size of the load I can wash at a time, but I really don't. The unit is much roomier inside than I expected and can hold a good size load. I've been holding off on remodeling my laundry room until I could find a tower that would meet my needs and have the controls in a place where I can easily reach them without needed a stepping stool (and I'm 5'9") and this is it. It does a great job on the small loads without wasting time or energy by adjusting the runtime based on the size of the load and other settings, it does not wobble when it's running even with a bigger load in the dryer and the close come out wrinkle-free (as long as I fold them right away I'm don't have to stem). I also love the WiFi feature and love that I can get notifications when my load is done since I cannot hear the chime from upstairs or the garage.
