[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I switched from the stand-alone washer and dryer to the tower, I thought I'd have to compromise on the size of the load I can wash at a time, but I really don't. The unit is much roomier inside than I expected and can hold a good size load. I've been holding off on remodeling my laundry room until I could find a tower that would meet my needs and have the controls in a place where I can easily reach them without needed a stepping stool (and I'm 5'9") and this is it. It does a great job on the small loads without wasting time or energy by adjusting the runtime based on the size of the load and other settings, it does not wobble when it's running even with a bigger load in the dryer and the close come out wrinkle-free (as long as I fold them right away I'm don't have to stem). I also love the WiFi feature and love that I can get notifications when my load is done since I cannot hear the chime from upstairs or the garage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the unit for about 3 months and loved it right away. The only negative is having to use the app on my phone every time I want to use a wash or dry cycle other than the 4 main programs programmed in the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this and had issues with installation. But after that was set it’s not that simple to use and the instructions not that clear. Maybe a little too smart an appliance. You cannot chose your own settings after you choose your load

We bought this a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! It saves space on the outside but is huge on the inside and does a fabulous job cleaning and drying! It’s quiet and we set it up to talk to the app on our phones. So it reminds us when both the wash and dry cycles are done.

I did a lot of research ahead to understand the different features and delivery and installation went off without a hitch. Our traditional washer and dryer was so loud that I thought we were on a airport runway every time the spin cycle came on but now I don't even notice. I love using the app and it really does help get laundry done faster with the notifications. Washing smaller loads to use less laundry products has been a slight adjustment and I do wish the washer wasn't so low but I'm really happy with my purchase overall. I can't wait to order the LG Studio Styler next!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the tower because my laundry room is small with little room to move around. The tower fits perfect. Also, the controls are conveniently located, especially for a short person. I would definitely recommend the LG Tower.

I live in a small condo that had a stackable washer and dryer but it was the older white one piece unit. It worked just fine but you could only wash two or three towels at a time and there was no way that the washer could hold blankets let alone a comforter. My neighbor had a different brand stackable set so I thought I would try the new LG Slim Q brand. What a difference. The product is quieter than my old machine; it uses less water and detergent as opposed to my old unit. On top of that, the inside of the washer is humongous; I'm still wondering how that created full sized capacity for small spaces. All of my neighbors have stopped by to see my new equipment so maybe they will purchase the Slim Q too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer/dryer 2 months ago and it's been a game changer. It automatically selects your drying preference based off what wash cycle you used. It is energy efficient and quiet. I love this washer/dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! I’ve been using it for about a month. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I can’t change the temperature on the dry settings. The user manual implies that I should be able to but I was told by customer service that the only way to adjust heat is to use the timed setting. I have a hard time believing that is true but I’m stuck with what they have told me. None the less, my clothes are dried and it never seems to be too hot o. The settings that I can’t adjust. I also love that it has a steam dry setting. I had this on my old dryer and loved it. I was thrilled that this dryer offered it too!
