[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer arrived not functioning. Repair guy already replaced the valves which fixed that issue, but now he said the control board needs to be replaced. Pretty unacceptable for a brand new machine. Looks nice otherwise.

We bought the tower to help gives us more room in the laundry closet plus being short all the controls are easy to read. The performance is wonderful, runs quietly, and love the musical sound when the washer finishes the cycle and the dryer is finished drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Debating between this tower or a stackable washer/dryer and am glad to have bought this since the controls are easily reachable. Looks good and sleek with a nice soft tone to alert you when clothes are done which is a nice change from the really loud buzz from my old machine. Some things to note are the dryer settings for efficient energy is only the normal dry option at high heat. This option did not completely dry all items. I wanted lower heat to dry clothes and had to use the bedding option for medium heat. Otherwise, everything works pretty well!

This laundry center replaced a standard washer and dryer due to a renovation. I love that it is a space saver. Unit is quiet when running. Make sure to remove bolts at back of machine to avoid having to pull it out again. There sure be better tags to advise these need to be taken off before putting machine in service.

It has worked flawlessly since and has been so reliable that we purchased another for our second vacation rental. We tell the guests to leave the washer door open a crack to avoid mildew smells and we get a bit of sand around the dryer seal (beach rental) that we wipe off. No issues with performance in almost 2 years and the controls are easy to use.

I was looking at a less expensive stackable unit, with top load washer, but am so glad that I spent more and got this unit. It has so many features and for being a unit that fits a smaller space, it has great capacity! I am very happy with it!!!

I love the large open washer, and dryer, too! I love the stainless steel tubs. I love the touch controls. I love the see through doors. I love the soap dispenser. Like I said, so far, so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new LG wash tower stacked laundry center . It is so quiet compared to our old washer and dryer that I have to make sure it is on. It is very efficient and it has smart technology built in, so I can turn the washer or dryer on from my phone from anywhere. It also sends me alerts on my phone when the cycle is complete so it reminds me to unload the laundry. The best laundry center we ever had. We love it!

Loving this unit so far. It does the job. Only downside would be trying to get it attached to the app has not worked after many attempts. I did my research before and glad I bought it. Used for about a month so will see more long term how it does.
