Great capacity in both washer & dryer, so quiet, easy setting choices, uses considerably less water, even like the app that tells me load is finished.

The only bad aspect is that the drain hose is 8 ft and the location I have caused me to have an extension….. this is worrisome. Other than that the actual washer and dryer both work great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love the controls, being in the center, easy to load, easy to use, for someone a little older the settings are confusing, not sure how to use all the settings,even after watching several tutorials. very sleek looking. fits in small space for easy use. biggest complaint is the washer noise. it sounds like a plane taking off! can be very loud???

We bought this a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! It saves space on the outside but is huge on the inside and does a fabulous job cleaning and drying! It’s quiet and we set it up to talk to the app on our phones. So it reminds us when both the wash and dry cycles are done.

I’m only 5’4” tall so a large top loader would require a step stool for me to reach the bottom of the tub. This unit is smart in so many ways. The tub is BIG! I can stuff my king size sheet comforter in it, use the bedding setting and it comes out clean not wrapped up in a ball. The smart settings are very easy - no need to choose a water level - the machine know what to do. I use the pre-wash setting a lot and delicates too. My only negative with a front loader, there’s no soaking option. But I can work with that for all the positives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful machine, not simply because it functions reliably and quietly unlike the machines from another manufacturer that I purchased just two years ago, but also because it has so many thoughtfully designed features. The controls in the middle of the tower that work together are an obvious plus and I really like the functionality of the app. But there are other features that greatly improve upon my old appliances. For instance, bedding comes out fully dry and not balled up thanks to the dryer design. No more need to use my home remedy of sock-covered tennis balls to keep the bedding from tangling up. Also, the design of the washer seal reduces the likelihood that odor-causing mold or mildew will develop, though I am being extra vigilant with using less detergent, drying the seal, and keeping the door open between uses. I’ve already recommended this unit to two of my friends who are looking to replace their machines.

I like the panel in the middle between the washer (at the bottom) and the dryer (at the top). It is very intuitive, easy to use. The wash and dry are smooth, quiet. There is also an app you can download and set up when you want your washer to start,and the cycle used. We are very pleased!!

Plan to buy accessories which go with this unit. I had an LG washer and dryer which this replaced; that I purchased in 2008. I gave away the washer and dryer because it still had life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the ease of use of this WashTower. It works perfectly for our space and I love all the features. One problem I am having with the WashTower is that off and on it keeps displaying an error code about the dryer vent being clogged but continues to work anyway. I don't know if the sensor is faulty or if I need someone to come and clean our vents. We thought we had fixed the problem and the error code went away for awhile, but now it is back again.
