I bought the new LG ThinQ wash tower and was terribly disappointed in the quality of the machines. The dryer barely worked on any of the settings. I returned the tower to the store where purchased. Happy that I didn't get rid of my older washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish the solenoids for water flow were a little more dampened, they're very abrupt and cause some "water hammer" effect. Also, it was bit a of bear to get delivered/installed--by LG's delivery people! They pretended not to know how to unstack the unit and it took a cash bribe to get them to do the considerable work to get it installed in my condo. Final issue is the app/notifications are sometimes kinda stupid. Every 30-40 cycles it asks me if my hoses are hooked up properly, for example. Otherwise, it does a great job!

I don't use the wifi features because I have no need to. I only wish the interior lights stayed on long enough to remove all the clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and finally completed installation about two weeks ago. This washtower is fabulous. I didn't know technology had upgraded as much as this machine. If it could fold my clothes it would be perfect. It is easy to use. The machine is so quiet, I forget it is on until the music plays to notify the end of wash/dry. It uses half the space of my old washer and dryer, which enable me to gain a small space for storage.

Washing and drying clothes is faster and freshen the bedroom with ease. I was a happy woman when I took this home with me and keep it open for full time use at my residence. How did I ever live without my LG machine before? I was using internet to work from home and study on my lawn for gardening. Walking on long roads and along the mountains for comfort, now that I am looking for a newer apartment I chose this piece because safety and comforts the same qualities I look for when I get on my bicycle and speed off into the sunset or by ocean for a perfect view. My day as a patron is complete, not as a way to a ending of my day but as a means to an end.

I was so excited to find this set. It is slim and so convenient. It fits so well that we actually have room to add shelves in the area next to it. The quality of this set is great and it works so well. It even hooks up to your phone, which I have not done yet but plan to. Love this set and highly recommend it.

The unit fits perfectly in a standard closet application. The unit is easily maintained and a quick wipe down of the washer door after a wash keeps the unit fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is awesome! I have a smaller laundry room but always wanted larger washer. I’m only 5’4” tall so a large top loader would require a step stool for me to reach the bottom of the tub. This unit is smart in so many ways. The tub is BIG! I can stuff my king size sheet comforter in it, use the bedding setting and it comes out clean not wrapped up in a ball. The smart settings are very easy - no need to choose a water level - the machine know what to do. I use the pre-wash setting a lot and delicates too. My only negative with a front loader, there’s no soaking option. But I can work with that for all the positives.

My husband and I bought this unit about 5 months ago and have been really happy with the cleaning results. We are having some issues with the dryer - we keep getting the d80 error code which signifies that the vent/ducting is clogged at 80%. We have had an air vent cleaning company come by 3 times to clean out our vents; this could just be an issue with our building vents, but it is a little frustrating at times since the dryer stops when it gets the error code. Thankfully even when it stops early with the error code our clothes are usually already dry. Again, this may not be an issue with the appliance itself and may be a building venting issue, but we weren't having this problem with our previous dryer. Otherwise we are very happy. The appliance is sleek, not loud, and fit nicely into our small space.

The Washtower has fit the bill with great capacity in half the space. And it saves water! On a low producing well and have had no issues doing multiple loads of laundry. And it’s quiet as can be. The only hiccup was getting converted to LP gas from natural gas. Took a time to get someone out to make that change so dryer sat for a couple weeks. There should be an option to have this done prior to delivery regardless of where purchased.
