I love that there is only one panel and it's in the middle. I am tall and still had a hard time reaching the dials on the dryer of old machine - which were stacked as well. It has every option available, is easy to use, does a fabulous job and fits perfectly. Overall, this is fantastic replacement! I love it and would highly recommend it!

I was standing next to it about to check to see if it was running or not (someone else said they started a load but I was checking in case they had gotten sidetracked) when I realized not only was it running but it was in the spin cycle!! I had been standing next to it for a couple of minutes and had no idea until I looked into the window and checked the display that it was even on! It's an LG so you expect it to wash and dry to exceptional standards but I never expected this level of silence!! Well done!!

This solved my problem and also is a easy to run as I can reach the center display buttons!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our LG Washer/Dryer Tower! It is perfect because there is a lot of place left in the laundry room now to store other stuff. I like the panel in the middle between the washer (at the bottom) and the dryer (at the top). It is very intuitive, easy to use. The wash and dry are smooth, quiet. There is also an app you can download and set up when you want your washer to start,and the cycle used. We are very pleased!!

Looking back on my 23 year old Electrolux set makes me feel like I was beating cloths on a rock by the river. I get notifications on my phone and can see a countdown of the washer and dryer cycles. The Jertsons is now reality!

Machine that first showed up had a broken door. 2 weeks later received the new one. It has worked great. We had an LG top load before and were frustrated with it never being able to sensor the water right. So far this model has worked very well and takes up way less space.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it! The controls are easy to reach and understand. I replaced lg singles, stacked, that I’d had for 15 years. I trust LG. If these are as good as my last set, I couldn’t ask for anything more.

My only gripe is that I kind of miss physical buttons, since the entire interface is capacative touch, and sometimes I have soap on my hands when I need to run the laundry. Note: I had an absolutely horrible experience with the appliance installers, but I don't blame that on LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like a lot of things about it. It looks beautiful and for the most part is what I wanted out of a stackable unit. My complaints lie with the dryer. When I open the door a bunch of lint/hair is stuck to the rubber part of the door. I assume this is a design flaw and it’s super annoying. The lint trap is cleaned before each load so I am not sure why this happens.

There was nothing in my dryer but towels & I heard loud banging so I checked the laundry room and my dryer door was shattering everywhere! Four inch long shards of glass! I have video & pictures of it. Scared too death of this product and want my money back to buy a different brand!
