Fit my existing Landry space. It is not quite and there are lots of water remaining inside the washer after used. I drain it and open the door for hours to prevent mold. One control panel for both washer and dryer means when one broke, both needs to be replaced.

The energy efficiency is unreal and the wash and dry are smooth, quiet, and incredibly easy to use. I have recommended to all of my family and friends! This product is a must, and I will be returning to LG for my appliance needs.

Love that I get information on my phone about cycles being complete and when it's time to run a clean cycle! Also the ability to remind us the dryer vent needs attention. Gives us peace of mind. Does an outstanding job of washing our clothes too! Only question we have is when cleaning with cold water it still seems to rinse with warm or hot water? Can't find an answer to this question anywhere.

Our old washer went out and we were in the market for a new washer when we came upon this dual washer/dryer tower combo. I am a short woman (5'1) and many of the washer dryer towers have the knobs at the top which would make it very difficult for me to reach and read, besides this allows your children/teens to do their own laundry and who wouldn't like that?? The controls on this are between the units and have easy to read or interpret for everyone! This was by far the best decision we made to purchase this washer/dryer tower. It has a Wi-Fi option that pings your phone so you know when the wash or dryer cycle is complete. Absolutely love this!

It's cool that it auto selects the dryer settings after you wash! I also love that I get an alert on my phone when a cycle is finished. It is a little noisier than expected when filling with water, but that could be an issue on my end. Overall, I've loved the upgrade and would recommend!

Had the wash tower installed several weeks ago, so far love this unit. Great space saving being a stacked unit, both washer and dryer are very quiet and function as expected with all of the various cycles needed for household laundry needs, design is great and looks very high end after the installation. Overall very pleased…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice machine overall but it doesn't seem to clean as well as my previous front loader and the softener doesn't dispense ever unless I add water to it then it's still hit or miss if it dispenses, also can't connect it to my wifi which was part of the reason I purchased, only works on older 2.4ghz wifi not the newer 5, had I known that I may have went with a different brand seeing the smart features are useless to me

It fit perfectly and yet is a full size machine! And even though we took off the closet door, it doesn't matter because it is so stately and beautiful. We got the charcoal stainless. We love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the washtower for about a month now. I really enjoy the size, the cleanliness of the wash, and the various wash and dry options. The only think I have an issue with is that you have to press and hold a button on the electronic panel to turn on the light inside the drums, and sometimes you have to try a few times before the light actually comes on. It would be nice to have a simple on and off button, perhaps on the side of the unit, to turn on the drum lights. It would also be nice if there was an option to keep the light on for an extended period of time. Otherwise, enjoying the unit!
