[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of these machines a lot. The speed wash is very handy and it spins the clothes enough to making drying very quick. I dried a load of towels in 23 min. No joke. The app is terrible and after several attempts over several days I’ve given up on connecting to WiFi. I have the iPhone 12 and the newest update with xfinity so let’s not blame me…. But ya the app is terrible and that part doesn’t work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally stalked this unit for 6 months! All my appliances are LG. When I saw this come out last year I knew I had to have it. Finally my dryer died after 15 years and my purchase was justified. I literally don't hear it operating in any cycle until it's done and the melodious end of cycle chime summons me to the laundry room. It senses the load/type of laundry excellently. I can wash and dry in less time than my previous dinosaurs would take to do either one. I haven't had the opportunity to measure water efficiency but I'm sure it will put a smile on my face. I truly enjoy my laundry tasks now.

After 10 loads I'm impressed with this W/D unit although I've recently noticed more noise and vibration than the first loads, so I'm hoping this is not a downward spiral because I love the design and look of this unit. I only wish there were more ways to change the options in the wash cycles and an easy way to turn on the interior light.

My last washer and dryer I would have to pretreat grass stains and mud from my kids soccer clothes and I with this washer I don't even need to pretreat the clothes they have been coming out clean without needing too! I do wipe the seal down with a towel when I'm done with the loads to prevent the mildew smell (which I have not noticed yet). The dryer works well also! I have been very pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit a few weeks ago in order to save space in my tiny laundry area. It is compact and user friendly. I love the easily accessed controls on the center front. The only issue I have had is sometimes the automatic dryer cycles don't get clothes completely dry but I think that is something I will figure out with time and more use. I haven't had any issues. You do have to wipe out the washer after each use but that is typical of all front load machines if you want to avoid odor/mildew issues in the future. But I tend to save my laundry for one day and so wait until all my cycles are complete and just wipe once. Highly recommend this product!

After suffering for years with a unitilized w/d that sounded like a crashing airplane, I am so happy to report our new LG washtower is beyond wonderful ... super quiet, fits the space, huge capacity and it is sooo smart! Dryer already knows the setting from the washer. It's sleek, space age look is great. My neighbors have washer envy. Ha!

The steam is another great feature. The clothes come out fabulous. I'm so happy to have purchased the washer/ dryer tower and I recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 3 delivery attempts (damaged units) and 2 repairs the 3rd repairman Mike knew what he was doing and fixed my machine. Only took 6 months to get an undamaged unit no fault of LG. Mike took the time to make sure everything in working order and have now been using the unit for two weeks with no issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Laundry Center is so amazing! It washes the clothes thoroughly. The dryer dries the clothes in a jiffy! It’s a space saving unit! The clothes are easy to reach when you are taking them out of the dryer especially if you aren’t tall. The Washer/Dryer has a large capacity for a big family! I recommend this unit highly!
