This unit does everything that our standalone washer/dryer did but it saves so much space and really gave us more room in the small space we have in our laundry room.

Being 5’2”, I always wanted to maximize space in our laundry room, but without a stool, I could not reach controls on the top appliance or make sure I had removed everything. I called customer service, spoke to a great agent and was advised that the installers probably did not remove the shipping bolts. After the installers came back and installed the unit correctly, I am so happy I purchased this unit. It is so quiet and it cleans and dries so well. I downloaded the app so I get a convenient notice when the loads are finished. I wanted this unit specifically because of the centrally placed controls. I am only 5'2" and needed to stack the units to get more space. I love the look, the convenience and above all the performance of this unit!

We saw the LG Washtower as an available solution to have both a large capacity washer and dryer at the same time in the same laundry room. We have now used it for over a month, and absolutely love it! The color is awesome!

I pretreat stains on a regular basis and I have to remember that can cause the suds overload but I’m learning how to handle that. We are really happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend this this tower unit.

My kids insisted I get the tower because my wife (84, me 85) had to go down the basement to do washing. So the Tower came to my house. I have never been around a washing machine that works so silently, efficiently, and turns out clothes that are amazingly not only clean, but fluffy and soft like brand new. I am the boss of the wash day duty now and thrill to see how the pair work during the several cycles. The LG technology is just fantastic. I heartily recommend the product to any and all who want a space-age laundry marvel.

I did a lot of research ahead to understand the different features and delivery and installation went off without a hitch. Our traditional washer and dryer was so loud that I thought we were on a airport runway every time the spin cycle came on but now I don't even notice. I love using the app and it really does help get laundry done faster with the notifications. Washing smaller loads to use less laundry products has been a slight adjustment and I do wish the washer wasn't so low but I'm really happy with my purchase overall. I can't wait to order the LG Studio Styler next!

I bought this few weeks ago and the difference in how it urns to our previous traditional model is huge. Since it automatically can sense the load size, it is water efficient and its upgraded features also help you conserve soap. Additionally, prior to this purchase, we always had to close the laundry room door because the washer and dry were so loud. Now we can barely hear it. The cloths comes out nice, clean, fresh and sweet smelling. We like it makes music when its completes the process. And now we have more space for our pet in the laundry room. We love our LG Washtower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this sight unseen because I thought it was a great idea to have the controls located centrally and not up high like on a stackable set. It’s been a wonderful machine, smooth, quiet and vibration free. Allergy cycle is great. Only minor detail is it could use a no-heat cycle for the dryer. Very satisfied overall.
