Replacing an old top loading W/D set with the center control panel washtower has been great! No stool needed to reach the top controls as with other brands. It's very quiet and efficient at cleaning and drying all our household washables. Easy to press touch control panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how quiet the machine is and it looks great. I really needed a stacked machine due to limited space. What's not so great- very limited options for customizing your laundry cycles. Especially limited on the dryer. I cannot adjust drying temps on any of the regular settings. I have to use the timed settings. I did download the permanent press cycle but that is no better. Even when I select very dry, the clothes never come out dry. Always a little damp. If I restart the cycle, it turns off again within 5 minutes. Ducting is metal and clear. Washer doesn't tumble clothes as well as I think it should. It is especially apparent when washing a mattress pad. It just slips along the tub never flipping so all sides get some agitation.

I love the control panel being at waist height making it so much easier to see. It's large capacity makes it easy to do oversized objects. Space saver with large capacity and water and energy efficient makes this a game changer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our tower for over a month. It looks amazing. I love having the controls all in the middle. I am though with a few things. 1. The light doesn’t come on automatically when you open the door. 2. A major problem with the app which would allow me to download an additional type of load. I am totally frustrated with this! You can NOT adjust the water temp on the loads that are pre programmed . WHY? That’s just dumb! Quite often I just want to put my throw rugs in the dryer on air to fluff . There is NO air only cycle!! 3. If I use the dryer cycle on something besides VERY dry the clothes are really too damp. If I try to put them back in the dryer thinks they are dry and it won’t go again. I miss my last set! Would not recommend this again.

Was replaced as requested but had to wait again. Thankfully new one came in great condition and works great. Really like how compact it is and large a load it will hold. It fits perfectly in our small laundry room and yet provides the drum size to do a large load. Programming and use are pretty straightforward. The gentle cycle works well on my sweaters.

These features do not work without a Bluetooth connection to your phone. I have never gotten my IPhone 11 to connect to the stupid appliance therefore this VERY expense washer dryer has very few functions. The repair guy couldn’t get the phone pair - but that’s not under warranty
