This is NOT LG...our installer through a 3rd party did not remove shipping bolts on the back. We weren't aware this existed and ran the machine. Not good...the bolts are used to keep the machine stable while in transit. We figured all this out on our own and removed them. Had a LG service guy come out and check everything out. He was great! he also reset the dryer because it wasn't installed correctly either as we kept getting the D80 error code. He got it all worked out and I love the machine! The speed wash is great and very effective...done in 15 minutes! We now have extra room in our laundry room for storage so its a win/win.

I have no problem getting clothes into the dryers the height is perfect. I love that it signals me when a load is done either washing or drying because it's easy to forget them. I was so impressed with the feature that let me know I needed to clean the wash tub.

Clothes are definitely cleaner with less wear and tear on fabric . Highly recommend this unit and looks great too.

First of all, it's the shortest height available for full size stackable units and still handles large loads. Great looking unit, quiet, digital controls are intuitive and easy to use. Washes clothes thoroughly and dries clothes quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has a smaller footprint than other front loaders hence a smaller washer capacity.. We built our Laundry room remodel around this unit and it receives numerous compliments and we are pleased with our choice. The central control panel is in a perfect location especially for short people. The Built-in Intelligence feature is nice as it knows exactly what to set the dryer on based on your washing setting. Sometimes the settings are a little difficult to adjust so I have had to use the owner's manual quite frequently to change/alter the presets. I am sure it is just the normal learning curve. To get to the perma press cycle you have to download it using the WIFI feature. Initially we had some issues getting the unit to connect to our WIFI. I like that it prompts you to do a clean cycle after so many washes. We used the side vent feature which required an additional parts order. The doors are not changeable and they only swing from right to left. There are two main issues I have encountered.#1 If you have back and/or mobility issues the washing machine monthly clean/drain tank and the filter can be difficult to access as the drain door is located on the bottom left corner of the washer and you have to get on your hands and knees to access the door and the drain tube. #2 The washer tub sits approximately 9 inches from the floor so you have to really bend to get to the clothes especially since they often stick to the sides of the tub. This is not the unit for anybody with back issues.

The washer and dryer actually communicate with each other allowing ease of transfer for loads. Set up the washer, abs after the cycle simply throw the clothes in the dryer and press start. The dryer is automatically set up based on what cycle was used on the washer. Not to mention the fact that finally we have a stackable washer dryer where you don’t need to be too tall to reach the top controls. It also knocks a solid 5-6 inches off the total height, allowing it to fit in our small laundry area, without having to sacrifice on washer/dryer size.

I have limited space and prefer a stacked set. Major upgrade. Only negative part of the purchase was delivery. As soon as they brought it off of the truck the delivery guy commented, " oh, it's not going to work, the cord won't reach..". I was devastated. Ideal as the unit was, this was not a frivolous purchase. He returned to say it was all set up and ready, able to plug it in and function. Dried my tears and started loading it up same day. My outdated set had control panel on top of washer under mounted dryer. When shopping around I noticed newer model controls are all the way at the top which seemed nonsensical. Having the panel in clear view and lit is great. Basically walks you through to decide what your washing and how to wash it best, and recognizes what it needs to set at instantly once loaded in the dryer. I like to push both the washer and dryer power buttons at the same time so they both sing together "oh hey Nicole what are we washing today". Drum lights are a feature I didn't realize I would appreciate so much. I have not cleaned out drainages yet, but have seen on social media that I should, lint trap simple and easy access. So many features on the panel alone, but the wifi/app availability was a definite appeal. However, I have had difficulty setting it up which is heartbreaking, because I had surgery and could have allowed family members to help with laundry without actually touching my best friend's buttons. Bedding, beach towels, small loads, steam fresh..all of it & then some. So far~so fantastic.
