I bought this because of the simple features. Although when I used it I could not change heat setting on normal load. Talked with service and said to place a service call after a lengthy work through to fix. Placed Service request. Another hour long call pushing buttons with someone in India. They tell me that machine only has medium high available and to change to bedding setting. So ridiculous.

It has a lot of bells and whistles that we haven't gotten to yet, but we will. It does a great job of cleaning out clothes and uses very little detergent.

I gotta say this washer & dryer one unit appliance is absolutely amazing. It’s from the ThinQ brand of LG appliances and it’s very slim. I now have so much room in this closet that I was able to build a counter & cabinets up top. I highly recommend this appliance as it has a lot of great features. LG is a brand I highly trust.

The unit is wifi enabled and you can use the app to customize loads and it also alerts me to when my wash and dry are finished. I love that the dryer remembers the last wash cycle to help select the dryer setting you need. It’s quieter than my last unit and definitely an energy saver too!

We love the machine. The second one we've bought. Support is great. It has dowloadable cycles but they don't always show up in the App. The ap is good but not very intuitive. I learned recently that the cycles with asterisks by them I have to hold for 3 to 5 seconds to activate them eg the Tub Clean cycle. It has some diagnostic error that doesn't prevent it from working but there is no way to reset it?

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I love it. It is great how there are more choice on the type of load you are washing on the app and you can download it to the machine and it will run to match what you set. The dryer will automatically set the drying cycle for the load of wash you just did. You can change it if you want. Overall I am very happy with the tower. Saves safe too!

App is a great at reminding you when you loads are done so you can remove them. (We’ve all left clothes in the wash for a few day when you get busy). The grey also looks great. The only draw back; it’s difficult to get level.

It lets me know when loads are finished and ready to be dried or folded! My LG also tells me what size load I have just put in so that is takes care of many details that I don't have to think about! The second favorite thing about my new LG is its streamlined size that fits nicely into my limited space utility room. The third favorite thing is Accessibility! As a paraplegic I can easily access all of the controls.

The only problem I have is the odor coming from the washer. It seems the only way to deal with the problem is 1. Leaving the washer door open, or 2. Using the products for cleaning . Any reason why the front loaders have an odor? Whereas the top loaders do not.
