It fits perfectly in our small laundry room and yet provides the drum size to do a large load. Programming and use are pretty straightforward. The gentle cycle works well on my sweaters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t wait for laundry day my LG laundry Tower is fun and my clothes come out so clean. My favorite feature is the ‘ Bedding ‘ cycle for pillows and the dog beds ! The entire large dog bed gets washed by a water spray technology that wets the entire bed rather than just sloshing the outside around in water like my previous washing machines. Same with bed pillows. They really are washable with this machine ! I often use the steam feature for softening fabric and sanitizing. Whites are as white as day I bought them. Just love it

The family has used this unit a few times throughout the past few weeks and we love it so far. The spin wash cycles are quick and the dryer gets the job done with the specified settings. Coming from another brand, the LG washer/dryer combo is much more efficient at getting the job done in a smaller form factor. The only reason for giving the combo unit a 4/5 star rating is the WiFi setup and app are a little clunky to use for multiple users, and it would be nice to have more customization for phone push notifications. The WiFi options are also a bit limited, but most of the time someone is at home anyway to check up on the unit. Another ding for the score is the dryer gasket tends to attract a lot of lint, so after every use, the lint collection net, the gasket, and the floor of the unit needs to be cleaned up a bit before putting the next load in.

This is the fourth LG appliance we have purchased. We were highly satisfied with the first three. Never imagined that we should have expected the fourth would not be working when it arrived. After four weeks, we have been lied to and listened to excuses from LG and the retailer. We Still do not have a working machine.

The LG appliance is the perfect thing for me it is quiet it’s efficient and does an extremely good job of cleaning and drying the clothes

My only complaint is that not all options for wash and dry are on the tower they are only listed in the app. The app is amazing though! I love the notifications about when the cycles are done on my phone!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased out LG Laundry station about a month ago and love it! With it be a stack unit - so much less space - the controls in the middle are a total win. Unit is so much quieter than our previous W/D units. The spin on the washer is great. You have to love the jingle when they are finished - so much more pleasant than the rude lout buzz.

We love the machine. The second one we've bought. Support is great. It has dowloadable cycles but they don't always show up in the App. The ap is good but not very intuitive. I learned recently that the cycles with asterisks by them I have to hold for 3 to 5 seconds to activate them eg the Tub Clean cycle. It has some diagnostic error that doesn't prevent it from working but there is no way to reset it?

I was standing next to it about to check to see if it was running or not (someone else said they started a load but I was checking in case they had gotten sidetracked) when I realized not only was it running but it was in the spin cycle!! I had been standing next to it for a couple of minutes and had no idea until I looked into the window and checked the display that it was even on! It's an LG so you expect it to wash and dry to exceptional standards but I never expected this level of silence!! Well done!!
