[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a smaller laundry room, and previous to getting our new LG Washtower, the old washer and dryer took a lot of space. We saw the LG Washtower as an available solution to have both a large capacity washer and dryer at the same time in the same laundry room. We have now used it for over a month, and absolutely love it! The color is awesome!

I put felt pads under feet so that I can regularly clean dryer vent with ease, otherwise I can't move the machine. I must keep the doors open- if not puddles form in both washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months ago. I am very satisfied with the function of the machines. My only complaint is the app that is used to control/communicate with the washer/drier combo. I can not get the app to even recognize my machines. So, it is essentially useless to me. That is disappointing, because one of the main advertisement points was the ability to use the app/technology on these machines. Other than that, I am satisfied.

Being 5’2”, I always wanted to maximize space in our laundry room, but without a stool, I could not reach controls on the top appliance or make sure I had removed everything. I can reach and see everything without a stool. Thank you for designing this appliance for everyone! ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched a lot of washers/dryers before my purchase. I knew that I needed a machine that would fit into its allotted space in my apartment, that would be front-loading (and energy-efficient), and that would look nice. This machine, though more expensive than others that I researched, meets my criteria. I am still getting used to the features/settings (like, can't I keep the machine's lights on for the entire time that I am unloading it?!?), but I already appreciate how much more comparative capacity it has and how much quieter it is than my old machine. One thing that is odd is the amount of lint build-up happening outside the lint trap on the inside bottom of the dryer door. I have to take a wet cloth to clean it up after the drying is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally i would not have thought that I like them stacked - But we redid our laundry room just for that particular tower and so I also can have the steamer ;) I love LG my last washer dryer was over 11 years young and still working. The only thing I have to say…the APP needs work. I Simply do NOT like the APP its not easy and it is not what I was hoped for. I thought maybe I can preprogram cycles - no. Just to turn it on remotely and get a Ding on my phone to tell me washer and or dryer are finished…i do not need that really. IMO the APP is useless but that don’t mean the Washer / Dryer is not getting 5 stars because the machines are fabulous! Simple as that. I also hoped the music would have changed or be changeable since its the same tune for a decade now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now instead of having to haul blankets to the laundromat, where heaven knows what has been washed, I can do it all from my own home. Having the ability to “steam” clothes is also a big plus as I can throw it in the dryer and get rid of wrinkles. Highly efficient and still more things to learn about but most of all, the quietness of it. You hardly know it is actually working. Love it!!

The unit is compact, fits in an entry way closet, and washes like a dream. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. Plus the app tells me when clothes are done, and I can stop the machine mid-cycle if desired. Easy to load and unload. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

I love my new LG Stackable Washer and Dryer. It gave me back space in my laundry room and looks amazing. The capacity is the same as my old Full Size Washer and Dryer. I am very satisfied with them and would highly recommend to anyone looking for Washer and Dryer setup.
