Purchased the washer tower to replace a stacked washer and dryer. Couldn’t be happier. Clothing comes out actually smelling clean! For my 5’4” frame, having the controls in the middle of the two machines is perfect! I also love that the LG app expands the features for both the washer and dryer. The only downside is my old washer had a feature that would keep the clothes fresh after the cycle had finished. This washing machine only allows you to select the fresh care in the app, not on the machine itself which is very inconvenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I switched from the stand-alone washer and dryer to the tower, I thought I'd have to compromise on the size of the load I can wash at a time, but I really don't. The unit is much roomier inside than I expected and can hold a good size load. I've been holding off on remodeling my laundry room until I could find a tower that would meet my needs and have the controls in a place where I can easily reach them without needed a stepping stool (and I'm 5'9") and this is it. It does a great job on the small loads without wasting time or energy by adjusting the runtime based on the size of the load and other settings, it does not wobble when it's running even with a bigger load in the dryer and the close come out wrinkle-free (as long as I fold them right away I'm don't have to stem). I also love the WiFi feature and love that I can get notifications when my load is done since I cannot hear the chime from upstairs or the garage.

We added the WashTower upstairs to allow our older children living downstairs to use our older LG setup for their laundry needs. The WashTower has all the features you could ever want in a compact setup. Yet I t still has the necessary capacity for family laundry needs. The mobile alerts through the LG ThinQ app keep you on task and keep the loads moving. My wife and I wished we had this when we first bought our house. Serious timesaver for multi-level homes.

Our old washer went out and we were in the market for a new washer when we came upon this dual washer/dryer tower combo. I am a short woman (5'1) and many of the washer dryer towers have the knobs at the top which would make it very difficult for me to reach and read, besides this allows your children/teens to do their own laundry and who wouldn't like that?? The controls on this are between the units and have easy to read or interpret for everyone! This was by far the best decision we made to purchase this washer/dryer tower. It has a Wi-Fi option that pings your phone so you know when the wash or dryer cycle is complete. Absolutely love this!

I bought these about a month ago. I had trouble at first, the washing machine on the spin cycle was vibrating so violently it was moving the machine out of its original spot. I thought it had a defect or something in the drum and wasn't set correctly...come to find out there are shipping bolts in the back of the machine. Remove those! Works brilliantly now, super quiet especially if you have a laundry room with a door. If not, they are still pretty dang quiet. Dryer is quieter than the washer in my opinion, but both are super quick and gets laundry done faster than any past machines I've had. Super cool features as well like when you use too much detergent it'll run a cycle that gets rid of all the extra suds that can hurt your machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit to replace a washer which was leaking and I wanted to gain more space by stacking the units. I have stacked units in the past and the vibration was extremely.worrisome. Yet I needed more spin to lower the amount of time it takes to dry. The wash tower solved both of those issues. I am washing new sheets and new towels to set up a short Term Rental and it has handled these items very well, my one concern is the dryer vent screen with lots of lint from the new bedding does miss some of the lint and I get a D-80 vent blockage code regularly. I clean out the screen after each load and other than that both the washing machine and the dryer seem to work very well. Quiet and efficient.

This new unit replaced my old side-by-side W&D and gave me space to put in shelves for storage and still have room for laundry baskets. I'm still getting to know the controls, but so far the machines have done a great job!

I love to use the Wi-Fi function and operate it from my iphone. What a pleasure. Perfect washes. More then perfect drying and one function I did not imagine ..... The Wrinkle care!!! Works almost without any sound. Tells you when cycles are comp!ere. ( ring on iPhone too ) and directs you to leave washer door open for drying. Wow!!! What technology plus modestly priced.
