[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just fell in love with the design how it is like all one piece and it saved a lot of room in my laundry room. The only problem I have is that connecting my phone to the washer and dryer. I followed the instructions but didn't work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought unit 2months ago and have had it serviced (unsuccessfully). The dryer trips the arc fault circuit breaker so I had to replace with old style breaker (not legal). It will not connect to the app so most useful functions are not available (air fluff and timed dry (without sensor)). Would be much easier to see display and control by wifi device as one could hold display at proper height and angle for viewing.

My new washer dryer tower was delivered a couple of weeks ago and I am very pleased with how it works. I wanted stackable‘s due to the location where they needed to be; however I did not want to have to stand on a footstool to reach the controls for the dryer. The tower combination is so great because all of the controls are right in the middle between the two machines. I also love the sanitizing feature.

Finally got our laundry room remodeled the way we want it and my LG is the crowning glory!! Great features, runs so efficiently and quietly, and is beautiful just to look at (which I do often!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this set now for two months and there have been no problems. It performs beautifully. The flat flush profile is great not only for design but, if you have a restricted space which I do. The function panels are easy to see, they light up when touched and are easy to operate. The touch panel for both the washer/dryer are great. I have only used the basic functions and have not used the smart feature but, the machines are quiet, efficient ( great on whites ) love when you open the machines, light turns on so you can see inside the machines. I would highly recommend this top of the line set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LG washtower. It saves us so much room in the garage where the washer/dryer hookups are located. I am still learning how to use the app with it, but it's cool. It does a great job on cleaning our laundry. The only downfall I can see is there is a design flaw around the dryer door and you do have to clean the lint off around the edges of the door after every load. Other than that, so far, so good!

This space saving, quiet, efficient washer and dryer is the best unit I’ve ever purchased! It’s amazing to get excited about doing laundry! I use the delicate cycle and love the options of more or less on the type of spin options offered. The bedding setting is also great at handling a king size blanket and almost wringing it dry so dying time is reduced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have tight space & this is perfect, did regular loads, blankets, bath mats, bedding, winter jacket+snow suit, used turbo wash - haven't tried steam in dryer yet. Great capacity in both washer & dryer, so quiet, easy setting choices, uses considerably less water, even like the app that tells me load is finished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the ease of use, styling and especially the end result and how quickly the loads are done washing and drying. Only complaint is the door swing cannot be changed and they open opposite of what is ideal for my environment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago and had a few issues in the beginning. This is NOT LG...our installer through a 3rd party did not remove shipping bolts on the back. We weren't aware this existed and ran the machine. Not good...the bolts are used to keep the machine stable while in transit. We figured all this out on our own and removed them. Had a LG service guy come out and check everything out. He was great! he also reset the dryer because it wasn't installed correctly either as we kept getting the D80 error code. He got it all worked out and I love the machine! The speed wash is great and very effective...done in 15 minutes! We now have extra room in our laundry room for storage so its a win/win.
