[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love. Love my LG THIN Q Laundry Center! But the reason I cannot give it it 5 stars is that the design team eliminated HOT water from Speed Wash setting! Having had 2 previous side by side LG washers we absolutely loved the Speed Wash setting because for singles or retirees by ourselves - 30 min wash cycle including extra rinses for small loads of lingerie/underwear was indispensable. Had I known they had eliminated this feature, I would have never installed them. I still like them BUT 30 mins as opposed to over 1 full hour for small white loads is impossibly extravagant. We used speed wash for everything but he most likely use was rags and personal hot water items! Though the Laundry Center allows for overriding settings to personalize — THAT FEATURE CANNOT BE OVERRIDDEN VIA WIFI. BAD, BAD DECISION- likely made by an all male design team - certainly one lacking adequate demographics to do it right!

My old washer and dryer of 20+ years finally broke. I was mainly looking for something that would fit in my condo. After being shown the features and benefits of this set, I really liked what I saw. And after the salesman told me that I could wash a king-sized comforter, I was sold.

I LOVE my LG WashTower!!! It is the best investment I have purchased in a very long time! I'm the type of person who does not believe everything they read and have to try it for themselves to prove how it works. I thought it would be wonderful to have a short wash cycle, possibly to shorten all my wash loads, so I tried an experiment of using the short cycle for a load of quite dirty clothes. WRONG! I was then convinced, as it was written in the manual, to use it for a smaller load of lightly dirty clothes, and it worked fantastically!! I have tried many of the different options and I totally agree with the suggestions offered in the manual. The dryer part of the WashTower is a work of wonderment! Again I optioned to try drying a load of bedding sheets, on high, for a long time and they came out wrinkled. So washed them again and used the suggested cycle for drying and they came out of the dryer PERFECT! Hardly any wrinkles! If you follow the suggested washing and drying cycles you will love this WashTower as much as I do!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really the best washer and dryer I've ever owned. It washes and dries well, but it does so efficiently and very quietly. It has a great refresh cycle, which gets a shirt ready to wear in 10 mins and gets all the wrinkles out. I'd recommend this to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washtower for our condo because we needed it to fit in a small space. It is awesome. Fit like a glove and is large capacity. I like most of the presets and feel they do a great job. Used the steam feature to get wrinkles out of a new bedspread and curtains, and it worked well. Now I want one for home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three weeks in and it’s been amazing so far. Super compact and space saving which is perfect for our small laundry room. Still learning all the functions it can do via the app but all the basics are there on the touch panel. Super happy to have a filter outlet on the washer as our previous machine by “s” didn’t have one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our laundry room is small and we were looking at stackable Washer/Dryer combos but the controls were to high on the upper unit. When we saw the wash tower it looked like the center controls would make it usable. After using it for about 2 months we love it. the unit works better than some separate units we have owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a single unit, but everybody had the dryer with the controls on the upper front, except LG. Quiet, powerful, and good looking as well. I’m using less soap and my clothes are getting cleaner. Time will tell, but as of right now, I’m a fan.

Took a bit of getting used to electronic controls - previous machines were 18 years old! Just the right size to fit into our narrow space. Cannot use high spin on delicate cycle which leaves my delicate cycle towels (yes they require it!) a bit too wet.

The only small draw-back is that the small amount of water left in the drum after the wash cycle begins to get rather smelly if the machine is not used fir 2 or 3 days. There’s a smell of foul water, so I feel like I need to run the cleaning cycle with the proper detergent pouches every week. Is this your normal experience ? This is my one disappointment. Otherwise, the washing, drying, and cycle choices are great. Aesthetically it’s is beautiful !
