[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not been successful downloading the wifi, so the extra cycles are not available to me. There has been 4 times that I’ve started the washer and it’s gone through the cycles, played its “finished tune” and I open the door and the clothes are completely dry. I’ve had a plumber look at the hook up and all seems to be ok there. If this continues I guess I will call LG, but there isn’t consistency to when this happens. Also, whenI put a few items (2-3) in the dryer it claims to be finished when it is not, I can’t control the increased amount of minutes the 2 or 3 items might need to finish, so I restart it and after a few minutes it thinks it’s finished. In conclusion the machine is pretty and space saving, but that’s all the positive I can say.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this last October/September and it’s been a great experience! We have two boys 10 & 15 and they’re both able to do their own laundry now. This unit is so much easier to operate than our old one which leaked and was noisy. We bought LG after a lot of research and speaking to friends and family. Everyone said that LG is the Best and we couldn’t agree more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: - quiet while running - it has a steam feature - love how the dryer knows what the washer just did and recommends an appropriate dryer setting - app notifications help prevent you from forgetting about wet clothes - it looks so good! Cons - the washer has had some soap left inside the door after the wash cycles - the dryer has lint between the door wall and seal which makes makes me think its not sealed properly (might just be mine?). I never had that happen with my previous setup.

I bought my unit two months ago, I love the convenience of having a washer and dryer in one unit to clean my clothes. I like the settings, they're easy to set and the dryer setting matches the last load washed, you can also add extra dry time if needed. It has a setting for bedding, I love that I can wash all my bedspreads without having to go to an outside laundromat.

While we've only had this a month so far, it's been better than expected. The wash cycle is faster than we've come to learn for a high efficiency washer, which was a pleasant surprise. Clothes come out very clean. App is OK but usable. Integration into Alexa is really nice. Very nervous being a single unit how easy it will be to repair down the road. If one unit dies, you're throwing out the other half. They do come apart for repair and moving but that just adds to the time and complexity, which will be much more expensive for a repairman, and much more time for DIY repairs. Fingers crossed that remains to be seen.

We have had the wash tower for about a month. it seemed to boast a lot of features but doesn't come through. our prior .May tag had more options including seemingly more sensors. I find the "Normal" cycle for the dryer blows cold air and have resorted to using timed dry. Can't gauge how the washer is doing though reeked of a metallic smell for quite a while. I'd say love the dimensions just not the most user friendly or efficient appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this wash tower as I was limited in space in my laundry room. I selected LF because of the center control panel. I'm short (5'1") and couldnt reach most of the other companies controls. Ive been using it for about a month, and I really like it. It is an adjustment getting used to bending so low to get the clothes out of the washer. If you are tall, take this into consideration. All in all I am very happy with it! I'm still figuring out downloading different cycles on the app. I'm sure once I put a little time into doing it, it will be helpful.

I am very excited about this new tower washer. It had been more than 15 years since I had a new new washer and dryer. The cycles are easy to choose, quick and spin the clothes almost dry. Having the controls in middle of the front panel is a game changer. Also having a LP conversion made it possible for me to own. Love it!

This unit not only looks great but also is super functional while not having to compromise with a smaller washload. I just wish LG would include propane conversion kits with their units. We had to buy that separately and it was not easy to convert. But other than that, I love this washer/dryer combo.

I’ve had LG washer and dryer for the last 10 years and when they needed replaced, I went with LG again. This time it was a stacked unit which is about 4” shorter as a single unit. The controls have been updated and the units are more energy and water efficient. I expect to have these unit at least another 10 years.
