[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tower controls are in a great position for shorter people however the washer tub is deep making it difficult to get the wet clothes out at times. When the wash is done the door drips water onto the floor. I purchased this tower because I am only 4’10”. I thought having the controls in the middle would be great. I am somewhat disappointed .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice machine overall but it doesn't seem to clean as well as my previous front loader and the softener doesn't dispense ever unless I add water to it then it's still hit or miss if it dispenses, also can't connect it to my wifi which was part of the reason I purchased, only works on older 2.4ghz wifi not the newer 5, had I known that I may have went with a different brand seeing the smart features are useless to me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. And it's SO QUIET. I wish I would have been told that it needed BOTH a 110 AND a 220. I live in an old building and my old stackable only needed a 220. I had to have an electrician come in after the fact to add the 110 line. Not a big deal but just a little inconvenient. But DEFINITELY worth the wait. I LOVE IT!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG Washtower six weeks ago and I am loving it. It is easy to use and very intelligent. When I put one of my wrinkled sweaters in the machine's steam cycle to get the wrinkles out, the machine defaulted to 55 minutes. I knew the sweater only needed 5 minutes so I set a timer on my phone to get the sweater. When I came back the machine was already off. The Washtower actually WEIGHED MY SWEATER to determine how much time was needed and shut down the cycle after only the few minutes necessary to get the wrinkles out. The Washtower has many other intuitive features that help to take care of your clothes while getting them clean and dry very quickly. It is also a beautifully designed machine with a small footprint. My wife loves the mobile app that let's her know when wash or dry cycles have been completed. I highly recommend this machine.

It's so nice having the extra room in our already crowded basement. It looks really great and is easy to use. It's also quiet I would absolutely recommend this washer dryer.

Measurements online are perfect. The features of the machine are very easy to use. I love that the dryer knows what the washer did as far as the settings go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have tight space & this is perfect, did regular loads, blankets, bath mats, bedding, winter jacket+snow suit, used turbo wash - haven't tried steam in dryer yet. Great capacity in both washer & dryer, so quiet, easy setting choices, uses considerably less water, even like the app that tells me load is finished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be working fine, install was tricky because it's such a large unit, ours needed to go on the 2nd floor and the team delivering it wouldn't move it up there because of safety concerns, so that's something to consider. Once we paid movers to move it up and slide it in it's worked well
