[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A renter and I, who share this machine, are loving it! It takes up a little less space than the machines it replaced. In a very small laundry room this is a big help. The machine is doing a great job of cleaning and drying. The wash cycle is shorter than the old machine and both are QUIET, which is an added benefit in a shared space. The washer is also water efficient which is a necessity with our old mountain well. It gets two thumbs up from us!

I had this installed about 6 weeks ago. The drain flex pipe was damaged and leaked all over my new hardwood floors. LG replaced the pipe for free, But sadly I have to fix the floors. My contractor should have checked that everything worked well before I used it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this new unit installed 3 weeks ago. First time use the washer leaked out the bottom & ruined my basement ceiling and my new wood floors. Getting a repairman out has been a nightmare. Still waiting for a serviceman. I’m so disappointed in the process of getting a repair under warranty. Everything is automated-no humans to speak to. So frustrated!!

Linda, my beautiful lady, who gets distressed just hearing about electronics, digitalization of any form and any home device that does not have knobs and dials, was not that happy with the suggestion that we would be getting a new Washer/Dryer Tower, especially one that has electronic touch controls. So, when we received our beautiful LG appliance on August 6, 2022, she saw the recommendation in the owner’s manual to read all of the operating instructions before actually using it. She read the instructions twice, and that helped a lot. Both of us now have tried many of the various features, and this washer/dryer tower is performing well. We believe that it is both efficient and effective. The old guy, me, will get around eventually to installing the LG App on his smartphone. Thanks LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this set in February for my laundry room remodel, smaller room and this washtower option is perfect for space saving without sacrificing load capabilities! Plus I’m rather short stature at 4’10” and I can use this without a step stool! Not possible with stacking regular units- so this made my life functional and easier. Plus amazing settings that clean great, uses less water, easy access clean out, reminds about tub cleanings, app capable, and looks so sleek in black stainless! Honestly this is now my favorite appliance, makes laundry so easy!

Easy to use the basic features, but still havent figured out the more advanced features like steam care, guess i need to read the manual for that. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my Washtower about 3 months ago as part of a laundry room/pantry redesign. It’s sleek, powerful, quiet, and beautiful! It takes up half the space of my former dinosaurs and fits perfectly in the standard W/D alcove with a new drying rack next to it. It also blends beautifully with my pantry items and shelving in the same room. White doors and black hardware bring it all together. Bought this Washtower in the black stainless and it looks almost custom with the new black rack. Can’t say enough about the great job it does on my clothes; they come out spotless and nearly wrinkle-free. I’d totally recommend this machine - technology has overcome laundry drudgery. My laundry room is now my happy place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this tower in white a month ago. I love the streamlined look which fits nicely in our small laundry area. The washer auto senses what needs to be done, for instance if its a light load requiring less time or heavy towels needing more. There are several options that can be adjusted if you want. The dryer does the same, and seems to dry clothes in less time. I like the little chime it plays at the end when done. Overall great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this washer dryer combination for about two months now. Pros: Central control panel makes it easy to change settings for washer or dryer. Having an all in one unit makes it space saving in my hall laundry area. Cons: extremely fast spin cycle of washer can sound like a turbojet engine. Lint trap in dryer has nooks and crannies that are hard to clean out when cleaning the filter. Having to wipe down washer glass and rubber gasket after every load can be annoying. Misc.: haven’t connected to Wi-Fi yet to utilize advance functions but haven’t needed to.

This is the exact unit I wanted but really couldn't afford it so I was going to buy a lesser cheaper unit. It's so easy to use so quiet you don't even know it's running. It gets my clothes super clean and smelling fresh. And it was so easy to install in the directions are easy to understand! I love it I love it!
