I purchased this a little over a month ago and Its going pretty well. Connecting it to your phone is a bit of a pain. I recommend following a YouTube video. Instructions are terrible and the app doesn't provide very good instructions either. But when its paired it works. No major issue and and clothes are being washed just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long overdue at out house. Attractive unit that will take a large load and fits perfectly in the space out old units took. Super quiet. Only negative, the dealer should have pointed out where the power cord connects. We needed a 10 foot cord and ended up have to order a cable to hook it up ourselves 2 days after delivery.

And if you want extended functions, the app is great. You get cycle and maintenance notifications with the app as well. My wife is so, so happy with this unit!!!

I love the fact that the machine is truly full-sized and accommodates whatever load is put in, saving me both time and water, and I love the little tune at the end of the wash/dry cycles! We bought the tower to help gives us more room in the laundry closet plus being short all the controls are easy to read. The performance is wonderful, runs quietly, and love the musical sound when the washer finishes the cycle and the dryer is finished drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit because it was the ONLY full-sized washer/dryer I could find that would fit in my second floor laundry closet. Thanks LG! It seems quiet and efficient, with the wash cycle much shorter than my old unit. (Though the dry cycle is a bit longer.) Installation is not easy. It comes as a single unit weighing 300+ pounds, and when the installation dudes teetered backward on my stairs I thought there might be a loss of both human and machine. (Fortunately they recovered quickly!) Some things about this machine baffle me. There is no spin and drain cycle, no "no heat" setting on the dryer, and the timed dry only allows you to choose 20-minute increments. The lights in the washer and dryer are very nice, but they don't turn on when I want them to, and they turn off too quickly when I'm unloading. Apparently it's normal that water pools around the seal of the washer after the cycle is done that needs to be mopped up. Despite repeated tries I have not been able to connect it to my phone. I can see it connected to my wi-fi, but have no idea what its password is. I'm not sure what the "steam" function is all about, but when I used it with the washer the wash time (including an extra rinse) went up to 1 hour and 50 minutes! I used it with the dryer and my clothes came out more wrinkled than ever. I don't get it. So, the bottom line for me is that it's fine as a basic washer/dryer, but the fancy features seem pretty useless.

I bought this and have been happy with it. I like that it pings my phone when the loads are done. With two college kids home for the summer it is nice to remind them since they tend to forget about their laundry. The settings are intuitive. It took me a bit to figure out the custom loads that the machine downloads but I understand now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our LG Wash Tower for about 2 weeks and love it! Both the washer and dryer accommodate large loads with no noise or vibration. The electronic controls were a little intimidating at first, but after just a few uses we found them to be pretty intuitive. This is an attractive and well-optioned unit.

It has worked flawlessly since and has been so reliable that we purchased another for our second vacation rental. We tell the guests to leave the washer door open a crack to avoid mildew smells and we get a bit of sand around the dryer seal (beach rental) that we wipe off. No issues with performance in almost 2 years and the controls are easy to use.
