Clothes come out clean from the wash and just dry enough from the dryer! I’m really glad that I chose this set and I would recommend it to anyone in need of a new washer/dryer!

We looked at various washers and dryers but always returned to the LG WashTower. We are pleased that we decided to purchase this smart-thinking appliance which is easy to navigate with a programmable panel centrally located. If you are in need of a washer and dryer, you will not be disappointed!

Still adjusting to times, temperatures, etc. It’s capacity is smaller than my last unit so that is taking done getting used to. It’s not that quiet. It sounds like a jet engine. Not terribly noisy but a bit louder than I would prefer. The controls are super easy and everything seems to be working well. Sometimes the dryer takes longer than it should but perhaps it’s stuffed too much. I would recommend this unit for ease of use and space saving. It really has a much smaller footprint.

I love it makes laundry exciting because of all of its features like steam wash, the ai sensors, efficiency, fast, alerts to my phone, and more. Not to mention the beautiful design. We were able to add a sink because of how compact it is!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit, our main reason for this purchase was its appearance. It’s clean, modern lines appealed to us since our laundry area is “on display” in our kitchen. It’s beautiful to look at! Looks aside, I love that the controls are sandwiched in the center, making far easier to operate than our former stackable set. Also, the dryer sits at at more reasonable height, making it easier to load or empty (versus reaching up high). The washer is illuminated, which I also find helpful. The cycles are great, as long as you download the ThinQ app. You can find numerous options in the app for washing/drying all types of laundry. I have owned this unit for about a month now & I’m very pleased! Now I just need LG to make a French door refrigerator that looks equally awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered the washtower in late February and it was delivered and installed on March 31, 2022. There were 2 small dents on the left side of the washtower but caused no issues with the operation of the machines. The washer & dryer are working very well. The controls are easy to use and the cloths are coming out clean and ind in good condition. I am very happy with the washtower and it looks good in the room.

In spring 2022, I bought a Frigidaire single unit washer/dryer because the house I purchased in 2012 came with an earlier model. I was happy with that one so when it was time to replace it, I chose the latest Frigidaire unit, I was unhappy from day one. In fact the first one delivered was defective and replaced. I finally concluded that the engineering on that unit was done by people who don’t do laundry. A local appliance store recommended the LG. I really wanted to buy American but based on the store’s recommendation, I got the LG, partly because the controls were sensibly positioned for a short person. I thought I preferred the Frigidaire top loader because it gave me a place to fold clothes but I’ve adapted to the front loader and prefer it now, especially the more measured use of water. And I like the fabric softener dispense which the other didn’t have. My only criticism is that I don’t think I’m able to select the water temperature for the rinse cycle. It appears to use the same temp as the wash cycle. This LG unit is far superior to the former unit that it is hard to find words to compare. I’m so glad I switched to LG.

We really like the design with the center controls for easy reach, and the unit is visually appealing. I feel it was reasonably priced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the washtower for about a month now. I really enjoy the size, the cleanliness of the wash, and the various wash and dry options. The only think I have an issue with is that you have to press and hold a button on the electronic panel to turn on the light inside the drums, and sometimes you have to try a few times before the light actually comes on. It would be nice to have a simple on and off button, perhaps on the side of the unit, to turn on the drum lights. It would also be nice if there was an option to keep the light on for an extended period of time. Otherwise, enjoying the unit!
