It's been over a year with this machine and we primarily bought it because our previous set up took up too much space so this was a no brainer in terms of vertical space usage. It's easy to use and set up and has great energy saving features in terms of stopping when the dryer is done. No complaints, highly recommend!

We recently purchased the laundry tower to replace our 10 year old Frigidare laundry center. We love the new unit. Clothes are done in a timely manner and runs so very quite. It took a bit to get used to it, as it was very different from our old unit. We would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.

I live in a Condo with a laundry "closet" and this unit allowed me to wash and dry vertically and freed up 1/2 the space in the area for other storage. Clothes are clean, wash time is excellent, and the dryer steam feature is a dream. Very happy with this purchase!

Replacing an old top loading W/D set with the center control panel washtower has been great! No stool needed to reach the top controls as with other brands. It's very quiet and efficient at cleaning and drying all our household washables. Easy to press touch control panel.

The wash tower looks great and has great features but something on the drum is hitting the housing when washer is in spin cycle even though the unit is perfectly level and the wash loads are balanced. It’s a ver loud ticking noise coming from within the unit. It’s been impossible to get the unit serviced using the LG app. We are quite frustrated with the lack of service but love the wash tower so we keep trying to get it fixed.

I wanted the extra room that the wash tower gives me than a side by side. I am not disappointed. Don't think this is a stackable model from years past. This is full size. It washes well and the dryer is efficient. Both unit are very easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone regardless of space.

I just got this new wash tower and I couldn’t be happier. I love the new features especially the turbo wash! It is so much faster and still does a fantastic job with my laundry. I highly recommend it and feel secure that you won’t be disappointed if you decide to buy an LG front load washer and dryer.

It's been exactly one year since we bought this washer/dryer combo and on top of saving a ton of space in our laundry room, it has been very efficient and easy to use. The machine has an excellent sensor system that realizes very quickly if your clothes are dry and stops the dryer to save energy.
