[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer dryer functions wonderfully. Size is large and heavy. I put felt pads under feet so that I can regularly clean dryer vent with ease, otherwise I can't move the machine. I must keep the doors open- if not puddles form in both washer and dryer.

The family has used this unit a few times throughout the past few weeks and we love it so far. The spin wash cycles are quick and the dryer gets the job done with the specified settings. Coming from another brand, the LG washer/dryer combo is much more efficient at getting the job done in a smaller form factor. The only reason for giving the combo unit a 4/5 star rating is the WiFi setup and app are a little clunky to use for multiple users, and it would be nice to have more customization for phone push notifications. The WiFi options are also a bit limited, but most of the time someone is at home anyway to check up on the unit. Another ding for the score is the dryer gasket tends to attract a lot of lint, so after every use, the lint collection net, the gasket, and the floor of the unit needs to be cleaned up a bit before putting the next load in.

My only question is how to make full use of the LG LinQ phone app ! This feature is great, but where can I learn more about all the features offered by this app ? Thanks !

Purchased the washer tower to replace a stacked washer and dryer. Couldn’t be happier. Clothing comes out actually smelling clean! For my 5’4” frame, having the controls in the middle of the two machines is perfect! I also love that the LG app expands the features for both the washer and dryer. The only downside is my old washer had a feature that would keep the clothes fresh after the cycle had finished. This washing machine only allows you to select the fresh care in the app, not on the machine itself which is very inconvenient.

This unit is so much easier to operate than our old one which leaked and was noisy. We bought LG after a lot of research and speaking to friends and family. Everyone said that LG is the Best and we couldn’t agree more!

However I am really disappointed not to have a soak cycle, or soak and rinse cycle, or rinse and spin cycle. I used to use cycles often on my old machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are about 2 weeks into owning a WKGX201HWA laundry center. So far, we are very happy with how it is working. It does everything that it should. It's our hope that this product will last us 10 years, so 2 weeks in, it's looking good. After having it installed professionally, we had to make one adjustment. The spin cycle caused the unit to vibrate. There was a point of contact between the top of the unit and a cabinet. I took one of the rubber gaskets from the old supply hose and placed it between the unit and the cabinet--no more noise. The features that I appreciate are the simplicity in starting a wash. For a regular load, I can add the laundry, add the detergent, set the type of load it is--normal is my norm. If that's all I'm doing, the washer is supposed to detect the size, makeup, and soil level and adjust the parameters of the wash to accommodate it. I don't know, it seems to come out clean. When the wash is done, the washer and dryer share information. The dryer has settings ready to fit the wash. That works for me. I haven't had a chance to try all of the features, yet. I like the steam wash option. We have a sauna. With the sauna, we have towels that collect sweat. They usually sit in a hamper by the sauna for a few weeks. The steam wash seems like a good way to ensure that any bacteria and odors that might accumulate in the towels are eliminated--seemed to work the first time. I'm looking forward to drying something with the steam option. It's my hope that it will be easy to iron after a steam dry.

The unit is compact, fits in an entry way closet, and washes like a dream. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. Plus the app tells me when clothes are done, and I can stop the machine mid-cycle if desired. Easy to load and unload. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long overdue at out house. Attractive unit that will take a large load and fits perfectly in the space out old units took. Super quiet. Only negative, the dealer should have pointed out where the power cord connects. We needed a 10 foot cord and ended up have to order a cable to hook it up ourselves 2 days after delivery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit a few weeks ago in order to save space in my tiny laundry area. It is compact and user friendly. I love the easily accessed controls on the center front. The only issue I have had is sometimes the automatic dryer cycles don't get clothes completely dry but I think that is something I will figure out with time and more use. I haven't had any issues. You do have to wipe out the washer after each use but that is typical of all front load machines if you want to avoid odor/mildew issues in the future. But I tend to save my laundry for one day and so wait until all my cycles are complete and just wipe once. Highly recommend this product!
