[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has a smaller footprint than other front loaders hence a smaller washer capacity.. We built our Laundry room remodel around this unit and it receives numerous compliments and we are pleased with our choice. The central control panel is in a perfect location especially for short people. The Built-in Intelligence feature is nice as it knows exactly what to set the dryer on based on your washing setting. Sometimes the settings are a little difficult to adjust so I have had to use the owner's manual quite frequently to change/alter the presets. I am sure it is just the normal learning curve. To get to the perma press cycle you have to download it using the WIFI feature. Initially we had some issues getting the unit to connect to our WIFI. I like that it prompts you to do a clean cycle after so many washes. We used the side vent feature which required an additional parts order. The doors are not changeable and they only swing from right to left. There are two main issues I have encountered.#1 If you have back and/or mobility issues the washing machine monthly clean/drain tank and the filter can be difficult to access as the drain door is located on the bottom left corner of the washer and you have to get on your hands and knees to access the door and the drain tube. #2 The washer tub sits approximately 9 inches from the floor so you have to really bend to get to the clothes especially since they often stick to the sides of the tub. This is not the unit for anybody with back issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trim, nice looking, effective unit. It’s fairly quiet and uses MUCH less water than our older unit. Only minor issues are that the steam function on the wash makes the cycle excessively long (and doesn’t seem to sanitize as ideally as hoped) and the “Energy Saver” functions on the dryer don’t get things as perfectly dry as the usual settings (maybe that’s a common thing w/ that - a bit less energy/heat = a bit less dry…). Would for sure recommend though.

Bought in November but didn’t arrive for install until early January so losing a month and a half on the warranty. This thing is far too loud. One of the spin cycles sounds like a turbine engine starting up. Dryer keeps giving the d90 blocked duct error code even after duct cleaning. It can’t possibly be blocked 90% if the ducts have been cleaned. It’s a beautiful machine but hoping I can get the error codes issue fixed. Considering sound-proofing the laundry room since we’re remodeling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like a lot of things about it. It looks beautiful and for the most part is what I wanted out of a stackable unit. My complaints lie with the dryer. When I open the door a bunch of lint/hair is stuck to the rubber part of the door. I assume this is a design flaw and it’s super annoying. The lint trap is cleaned before each load so I am not sure why this happens.

I bought the set more than 2 years ago and. Hold my be happier. I especially love the steam feature which works like wonder when I use at home dry clean kits. The staked units also save a lot of space. It is gentle on my gas bill, too. I hardly notice any difference in the bill when I do laundry three times a day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a few weeks ago because I needed to conserve space in the laundry room and I intensely disliked my previous top loading washing machine, which was here when I bought my townhouse. My LG is wonderful. I love it!

We love the machine. The second one we've bought. Support is great. It has dowloadable cycles but they don't always show up in the App. The ap is good but not very intuitive. I learned recently that the cycles with asterisks by them I have to hold for 3 to 5 seconds to activate them eg the Tub Clean cycle. It has some diagnostic error that doesn't prevent it from working but there is no way to reset it?

I am very happy with his performance, the overall aesthetic, contemporary look, and how easy it is to operate! I regularly use the app for some of the additional washing programs! So far, I am extremely happy with my unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I built a small laundry closet in my master bedroom - and this unit fits perfectly. My children still use the main unit on the first level but I LOVE having my own laundry. I’m short and adore the controls being right in front of me. I still have a lot to learn about laundry programming - and use the basic wash and dry. So far so good. My clothes come out clean and I love that it is a full size washer and dryer although the size of the entire unit is very compact. Hookup was a breeze.
