The installation area is a hall closet so space is very limited the unit fit beautifully and I am thrilled that I was able to find a full size beautiful newly designed appliance. This is my first LG Appliance and I will definitely checkout LG for future replacement needs.

It cleans all kinds of loads beautifully and no complaints from him about noise! We liked it so much that we have bought another set for a small little second home we have to escape winters. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my washer dryer combo. It fits perfectly in my wash area. It’s quite, but plays a little tune when the load is finished. And it’s WiFi ready and I can start a load from my phone if I’m away from home saving me time. What I like most is that it is an energy saver. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! I’ve been using it for about a month. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I can’t change the temperature on the dry settings. The user manual implies that I should be able to but I was told by customer service that the only way to adjust heat is to use the timed setting. I have a hard time believing that is true but I’m stuck with what they have told me. None the less, my clothes are dried and it never seems to be too hot o. The settings that I can’t adjust. I also love that it has a steam dry setting. I had this on my old dryer and loved it. I was thrilled that this dryer offered it too!

I'm very disappointed in my WashTower. On month before the end of its first year the washer had a major failure. The washer started making a loud noise while in the spin cycle. I tried all the online help and the recommendation from LG. The until stopped working al together with a "te" error. That's when I noticed the hole in the wash tub. The Tech that came out said the tub had "slid on the drive shaft". He stated that he had to order parts and it could be several weeks before they can repair the unit. I'm now on my 2nd week of having to go to the laundromat. Needless to say I'm not very satisfied with the WashTower or LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! Very easy to use. I didn't need the manual to figure it out! Able to do a queen size comforter & blanket with room to spare. Very quiet. I forget it's even running until I hear the pleasant chime letting me know it's done. I have a small laundry room so the tower helps to free up space. I love that that the dryer automatically sets to match what the washer was set at. Highly recommend.

This Washtower washing is very faster than our old one and it's quieter. We like that ring tone every time. Washing patterns and control is very easy. The Speed wash is super good. Also dryer is great too. It's drying our clothes faster and quieter. We also like design and we can save our laundry room space. I didn't like washing&drying before it was take long time but now I like very much. We have one thing bad point, this Washtower depth is 31 inches but water hoses and dryer air duct take 5 more inches depth. This is not our expected thing but overall we satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned the unit for about 3 months now, it looks beautiful and fits nicely into the small area (closet) that is my wash area. I am still learning how to use the wash features and struggling a bit there. So far, so good.

I bought my wash tower when I first started the reconstruction of my home. It fit perfectly into my laundry room and I had heard great reports about LG. My daughters encouraged my purchase and when I started using it, I was just as pleased with all of its many functions. When I gifted my daughter and son-in-law with a new pantry, our first purchase was a LG wash tower for it. She had fallen in love with mine. Now her husband and son, who do their own laundry, love the wash tower as much as we do. It is easy to load. Set for the fnstion wanted and quickly completes its task.. So we are now a happy family with 2 LG wash towers!

I catch the wife operating the appliance from her phone and laughing because I’m old fashioned and like to use the control panel. The machine has not had one hiccup at all and fit our application perfectly, and moving the washer to the second floor out side the master bedroom it is a very quite and solid machine, It’s our new Mercedes parked up stairs.
