[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new LG Tower (200 series) had 12 year old units removed, the LG installed & leveled about a month ago. Love it! With the LG Tower controls in the middle is like WOW, what took so long to figure out a combo unit with large capacity qasher/dryer like this unit. All loads for both dryer & washer finish quicker because the unit sense the weight to adjust water and timing based on the how heavy the loads. I researched for months before finding that the LG Tower was what we needed. Most bad reviews are on the older 100 series that was not built with steel metal, so be sure to check out the 200 series of the LG Tower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outstanding washer/dryer combo. The drying is fast and thorough without causing any shrinkage. The washer is also super efficient. Turbo wash actually works and substantially reduces the time. It takes a while to get the hang of programming via the app and i would have preferred a completely personalized option that allowed me to tailor make a program rather than having to choose one of the options offered. Both washer and dryer are very quiet and so far we have had absolutely no trouble with it.

We really like the design with the center controls for easy reach, and the unit is visually appealing. I feel it was reasonably priced.

The capacity means I have to do fewer loads and large items like blankets and the dog bed actually get clean in a single wash. I like the AI because some loads end up taking a shorter time to wash or dry than anticipated. This is quieter than my old set. I even like the happy chime when a cycle is complete. I haven't used the 'smart features' that require a network connection or app, yet, so I can't say if they are useful. I was hesitant to buy a one-piece unit, but LG has a great reputation for washers and dryers, plus I've always replaced both at the same time anyway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending 3 years with a heat pump dryer and HOURS of drying time, this machine quickly and cleanly washes and dries multiple loads in no time. Many shirts come out of the dryer without a wrinkle. No more ironing!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great but had a little issues connecting to wifi do to only being able to connect to 2.4 my wifi router only ran 5 and had to figure out how to add a other router to my fiber router. Other than that it works great

A WashTower with SUPER POWERS! After washing and drying my first load of dirty clothes, after working a long, hot day in the garden, I was amazed at how clean and brilliant they came out of the dryer! And I love the little tune that plays to remind me that they cycle is done. This has been the best purchase I have made in many, many years!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a washer tower and I love it! My clothes come out cleaner thank the last washer I had. Sometimes my clothes would come out partially wet and partially dry. Not with this one though! My clothes are completely washed and they smell great too! I also noticed the time is half the time for most of my loads. Of course it depends on what cycle you choose. I love how it doesn’t take up much floor space. It is however on the heavy side. I do wish that the Wi-Fi capability did more. But I am appreciate if that at least it notifies you on my mobile device when the cycle is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy with this unit! So simple to use and customize how you wash or dry. Love the sleek look! Favorite feature is its ability to connect to my phone and notify me when my loads are done. Amazing! Only downfall, I still need to either wipe down the washing machine after a wash or leave the door open to dry it so it doesn’t mold. Wish it had a feature to dry itself. But I’m used to this from my old machine, so would still HIGHLY recommend!
