Purchased the washer tower to replace a stacked washer and dryer. Couldn’t be happier. Clothing comes out actually smelling clean! For my 5’4” frame, having the controls in the middle of the two machines is perfect! I also love that the LG app expands the features for both the washer and dryer. The only downside is my old washer had a feature that would keep the clothes fresh after the cycle had finished. This washing machine only allows you to select the fresh care in the app, not on the machine itself which is very inconvenient.

I love that the controls are easy to reach and that the dryer automatically sets to the same setting as the washer. My only qualm is that the dryer doesn’t always dry things thoroughly, so I usually have to run another cycle, but otherwise it works fantastic!

I enjoy being able to send different programs to the machine for washing and drying. Both machines are extremely quiet. The one annoyance is the end of cycle ringtone, its a bit cheesy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, this is how good the LG W/D combo is, I invite my family and neighbors over to the house to try it out - no kidding. Totally impressed. Only one personal gripe - I wish they came with rubber hose hook-ups. I really don't like the stiff, uncooperative braided wire hoses (its all you can find these days).

This is a beautiful, solidly designed machine. It is much quieter than my previous all-in-one, and I love that the controls are all at the center of the unit(s). For all the intelligent design, however, I cannot fathom why the water temp, especially is so non-adjustable. "Normal" wash cycle will not let you set it for cold water. Why not? Many people and many detergents, have switched to using cold water routinely, to save money and energy use. I have to pretend I'm washing "Bedding" to be able to use cold water. Same problem with "Normal" drying. ONLY high heat is allowed there. I have not used high heat in 20 years. So, again, "Bedding" is my setting. This seems really dumb.

It is quiet and efficient and, importantly, it does a great job with the clothes. It is technologically advanced, but not to the point of being difficult to use. So far (3 months) I can say I love it. Cold wash, HE detergent and start, simple.

I had this installed about 6 weeks ago. The drain flex pipe was damaged and leaked all over my new hardwood floors. LG replaced the pipe for free, But sadly I have to fix the floors. My contractor should have checked that everything worked well before I used it!

I bought my WashTower for a new space I built onto my house. We wanted to make everything new. It replaced my great aged LG Tromm. I gifted it to my daughter. My new LG is great as well. I plan to buy another WashTower again for another property. That said — here are matters to address: • Touch pad needs to be more intuitive • Touch pad need to respond to touch much better than it does • The AI function detects and by default chooses settings. Great. But when customizing settings (that we use regularly) there are functions available that user must research to discover. •.A reservoir holding tank for detergent etc . . . would complete this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit and installed it, however the unit came to me with faulty heating elements and components and had constantly been giving be me overheating codes. LG has had great customer service and a tech has ordered new parts to fix it but I didn’t expect to purchase a brand new washer/dryer combo and the brand new dryer not work at all.
