[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this for a month but so far are quite happy with its performance, which is the point. Great footprint, capacity and ease of use. We only take a star off because it took 3 weeks to pair with the app. Tried everything suggested on LG’s site numerous times without results. Never had this issue with any of our many other wifi home devices. Finally connected now, after an app update that became available. Hopefully that’s remains the only negative, because otherwise, it’s a 5 star purchase. Obviously longevity remains TBD.

The washer spins to almost dry, handles everything up to queen sized comforters....Has a cycle for any type of laundry and a steam clean cycle for antiseptic purposes. The dryer is works perfectly, with plenty of dry/steam options. The lighted drum is an unexpected surprise. The unit as a whole is perfect for our townhouse setting, full size yet space-saving. You can easily reach to the rear of either drum, central controls. This Washtower is a home run, don't even consider any others !!!

Previously we only had a washer and had to use my moms dryer which was inconvenient especially when it rained. Our mom has a dryer in a enclosed patio which we had to carry our wet laundry outside to get to her patio. We live in a duplex and her patio entrance was all the way behind her house.

The difference in overall noise level, build quality, and even how clean our clothes smell after being laundered, is night and day when comparing to my Samsung set. The washer and dryer combo unit have a sleek design and the center mounted controls are extremely convenient. Hi without hesitation… I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I bought the stackable unit and it’s perfect—easy to use, great capacity (accommodating my queen quilt), and I regained half the room for storage of cleaning supplies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a limited space available, but wanted a full size washer/dryer. This was the perfect combination. After more than 4 months, it has proven to be, exactly what we wanted. It is full sized, takes the space of a waher machine, is extremely quiet and washes and dries clothes much better than the old pair it replaced. I would recommend to anyone, whether space is an issue or not.

I love how the washer and dryer are full size and compact at the same time. I found that pods do not work well in this machine so I switched back to powder detergent. I use a lot less detergent than I did in my previous washer and my clothes come out cleaner than before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wash tower is an excellent fit for our small laundry. All of the features work well. The WiFi setup was the most difficult issue. The sensors in the dryer identified a problem with the vent which could have led to problems if not mitigated.
