[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a 15 year-old LG washer and dryer. Overall, I like that it is one unit with controls in the middle, which are easier for the wife to use. I also like having additional cycles available on the app and that my phone tells me when either unit is done since I'm often doing other things in the house or yard and now I don't have to worry about wrinkly clothes. The cycles are (mostly) shorter than the older LG. It cleans very well and I like the steam feature. I think the app could use some improvement. I'd like to have the ability on the app to change the spin speed, soil level and temperature. These can usually be changed once the cycle is downloaded to the machine but sometimes it seems they cannot and it is frustrating.

My 1st LG product ever, and so far I have been pleased in its initial 4 weeks of operation. This LG Tower replaced a 28 year old stackable W/D which finally stopped working. I was apprehensive about switching to a front loading washer, but so far it works well, allows a greater capacity of laundry, and seems more energy efficient. The dryer does its job quite well. The unit appears well built. Now here's to hoping it will be durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a washer dryer stack that didn't look like the unit in my first apartment 40 years ago. I wanted a sleeker design and the space savings that a stackable unit provides. Installing this unit immediately gave me back half my laundry cupboard with full size capacity! It is quieter and doesn't "walk" when the spin cycle is high. The only drawback was the price. There is a premium for space savings apparently, but other than sticker shock, we are happy with the unit at present!

I purchased the laundry center about a month ago. My wife and I generally begin researching ratings and reviews when choosing a product. The LG front load washer and dryer stood out. My wife is about 5 ft tall and she really like the controls in the center of the units. The technology associated with the product is functional with many of the features geared towards preventative maintenance. The other features i.e. steaming, sensing, and wrinkle free provides practical applications. The both machines are relatively quit. The wash times are extremely fast and the dry times are reasonable. So far this product has exceeded our expectations.

We could have used side by side units but by going with the tower we freed up space in the utility room using the otherwise wasted vertical space. The unit is incredibly quiet. We can't hear anything when the utility room door is closed even in the hallway right outside it. The tower does a fine job of washing and drying. Overall this is a great product based on a few weeks of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have tight space & this is perfect, did regular loads, blankets, bath mats, bedding, winter jacket+snow suit, used turbo wash - haven't tried steam in dryer yet. Great capacity in both washer & dryer, so quiet, easy setting choices, uses considerably less water, even like the app that tells me load is finished.

I love my new LG Laundry Tower. It’s beautiful and does a great job in cleaning and drying our clothes. It is very quiet and when the cycle is done it plays a cute little tune to let you know it’s finished. My only problem is that the washer drum is large and I often find it difficult to reach some items after spinning as they are plastered against the back. I was able to solve this issue by utilizing my Grabber Tool that I use for things on high shelves to reach those items as well. Works perfectly.

The washer and dryer are both very quiet and are large enough to clean my king size quilt without problems. The washtower is very sleek and modern with more controls than I will probably ever use, but the addition of WiFi capabilities is so fun and convenient! I love it!

I purchased this a little over a month ago and Its going pretty well. Connecting it to your phone is a bit of a pain. I recommend following a YouTube video. Instructions are terrible and the app doesn't provide very good instructions either. But when its paired it works. No major issue and and clothes are being washed just fine.
