[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish the solenoids for water flow were a little more dampened, they're very abrupt and cause some "water hammer" effect. Also, it was bit a of bear to get delivered/installed--by LG's delivery people! They pretended not to know how to unstack the unit and it took a cash bribe to get them to do the considerable work to get it installed in my condo. Final issue is the app/notifications are sometimes kinda stupid. Every 30-40 cycles it asks me if my hoses are hooked up properly, for example. Otherwise, it does a great job!

From small wash loads to large bedding loads, the washer and dryer can handle it all without taking up much space! Perfect for small closets in older homes.

I love the color options and the sleek look that it provides. Love the flat face and the touch buttons! I have read into this machine for about four hours and it has awesome options and I can use it from my cell phone to Function my machine while I’m away from home. It’s super quiet and it actually CLEANS your clothes! I highly recommend getting these machines!

I bought my wash tower when I first started the reconstruction of my home. It fit perfectly into my laundry room and I had heard great reports about LG. My daughters encouraged my purchase and when I started using it, I was just as pleased with all of its many functions. When I gifted my daughter and son-in-law with a new pantry, our first purchase was a LG wash tower for it. She had fallen in love with mine. Now her husband and son, who do their own laundry, love the wash tower as much as we do. It is easy to load. Set for the fnstion wanted and quickly completes its task.. So we are now a happy family with 2 LG wash towers!

Our clothes are cleaner, and require less time in the dryer, which also functions quietly and effectively. Two new features are especially fine: the steam feature in both the washer and dryer and the intermittent spin setting for tossing the clothes well past the finish point so they don't wrinkle. Design is sleek and modern. We are well satisfied with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the LG Tower and washer works great but the dryer has sensors in it and due to the long exhaust piper we get an error when we dry a normal load. Wish they could increase dryer output to get rid of errors We would probably have same error with any new dryer unless we would one without the sensors.

Very functional unit that leaves our clothes clean and dry with the push a few buttons. Added bonus is how quiet both the washer and dryer are! Definitely happy we upgraded!

I knew we needed another set as the washer and dryer we have were nearly 15 years old and frankly the front load washer was all rusty on the bottom and stinky. Thing leaked from the day we bought it. I was hesitant to do another front load, but our laundry room is set up to stack and loved that this unit was all in one. I do the maintenance it says to do, so I fully expect to get 15 years out of this one too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit a little less than a month ago. One of the features that I love is the diagnostic feature. The first time I used the unit it warned me that my drier vent/hose was plugged. When I checked this I found that the hose was nearly fully compacted with dryer lint. I was able to replace the hose and vacuum out the remainder. Very useful feature. I also like the space savings that the stackable unit afforded me.

I have tried to resolve the wifi issue with this product with support and a service man with no luck. I have a strong wifi signal and other wifi products work well that are in the same area.
