[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wash tower is an excellent fit for our small laundry. All of the features work well. The WiFi setup was the most difficult issue. The sensors in the dryer identified a problem with the vent which could have led to problems if not mitigated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and as soon as I tried to dry my clothes, I realized it doesn't work. The dryer does not get hot. I called customer service and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for one of their authorized service people to repair it. He came today and said the thermostat is blown, and he will have to order a new one. I don't see how this could happen on a brand new dryer. I also asked if he could check the washer because it shakes violently when I dry my clothes, even though it is level. It said it was fine, and I just needed to have a really large load to balance it out. So, I still don't have a working dryer, and the washing machine jerks violently on the spin cycle.

I love how quiet this machine is. Even the timer when the cycle is over I actually look for my phone lol. It is quick and everything comes out so nice and clean. I will never go back to a top load water again. This thing is wonderful. I had such a hard time finding something to fit in my laundry room because it was small and a main water line ran right in front of the washer. But this is perfect for tight spaces. If you look on the left bottom you can see the water line they put in :)

With it be a stack unit - so much less space - the controls in the middle are a total win. Unit is so much quieter than our previous W/D units. The spin on the washer is great. You have to love the jingle when they are finished - so much more pleasant than the rude lout buzz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit because it was the ONLY full-sized washer/dryer I could find that would fit in my second floor laundry closet. Thanks LG! It seems quiet and efficient, with the wash cycle much shorter than my old unit. (Though the dry cycle is a bit longer.) Installation is not easy. It comes as a single unit weighing 300+ pounds, and when the installation dudes teetered backward on my stairs I thought there might be a loss of both human and machine. (Fortunately they recovered quickly!) Some things about this machine baffle me. There is no spin and drain cycle, no "no heat" setting on the dryer, and the timed dry only allows you to choose 20-minute increments. The lights in the washer and dryer are very nice, but they don't turn on when I want them to, and they turn off too quickly when I'm unloading. Apparently it's normal that water pools around the seal of the washer after the cycle is done that needs to be mopped up. Despite repeated tries I have not been able to connect it to my phone. I can see it connected to my wi-fi, but have no idea what its password is. I'm not sure what the "steam" function is all about, but when I used it with the washer the wash time (including an extra rinse) went up to 1 hour and 50 minutes! I used it with the dryer and my clothes came out more wrinkled than ever. I don't get it. So, the bottom line for me is that it's fine as a basic washer/dryer, but the fancy features seem pretty useless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love the controls, being in the center, easy to load, easy to use, for someone a little older the settings are confusing, not sure how to use all the settings,even after watching several tutorials. very sleek looking. fits in small space for easy use. biggest complaint is the washer noise. it sounds like a plane taking off! can be very loud???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really thrilled by our new washer/dryer combo. It is sleek and truly beautiful. And there are wonderful surprises. It washes our clothes in half the time that our previous washer took. It gives me the ability to modify how our clothes are washed without being overly complicated. It has a musical chime to alert me when washing or drying is done. It fits into my kitchen alcove, calling no attention to itself. But, when I look at it...I am so pleased. I honestly didn't think an applicance could make me this happy!
