[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our new washer/dryer a couple of weeks ago, and we've been enjoying all the bells and whistles that come with this combo. First off, both machines are so very quiet, and the notification sounds are so much more pleasing on the ear. Our clothes come out feeling so fresh and clean. We are also enjoying the smart features on both machines. Only thing to emphasize to anyone new to this washing machine - you need to hold the start button down for 3 seconds for it to get going - something we weren't used to in the beginning, but we learned our lesson!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a kitchen full of LG appliances. They are either difficult or impossible to connect to wi-fi. This washer/dryer combo is no different. Have been trying to get it connected to wi-fi. Still cannot do so.

As I stated so far it is excellent this is the first LG product I have ever purchased and I am really like it!

I did a lot of research ahead to understand the different features and delivery and installation went off without a hitch. Our traditional washer and dryer was so loud that I thought we were on a airport runway every time the spin cycle came on but now I don't even notice. I love using the app and it really does help get laundry done faster with the notifications. Washing smaller loads to use less laundry products has been a slight adjustment and I do wish the washer wasn't so low but I'm really happy with my purchase overall. I can't wait to order the LG Studio Styler next!

The controls are located between the top dryer and bottom washer, so visibility and ease of setting are perfect. Both washer and dryer are remarkably quiet. The washer tub has a large capacity. I would caution anyone who is replacing an existing appliance to check their electrical outlet for their dryer. Mine had the necessary 4-prong outlet, but this new dryer plug has one prong that is L-shaped at the end. I had to change my outlet to accommodate the plug.

The all-in-one was a perfect fit. We now have a full-size washer and dryer in our home. I enjoy the LG app as it tells me when my loads are completed. With a busy schedule, a simple reminder is always welcomed.

I'd love tog I've it more stars if I could ever get the app to work on a consistent basis. Without the app the units are limited to 4 cycle types. I need many of the other wash and dry options that are only available by the app.

I plan to have it serviced to be sure this is normal. The wifi feature is a bit confusing at first. You have to set the cycles on your phone for water temperature, spin, etc.

We love this product, as it saves space having the washer and dryer all in one unit. Both the washer and dryer have easy to use controls, are quiet, and efficient. There are a variety of options that meet our needs.
