[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bottomline: A nice improvement over our top loading stand-alone units. When we relocated to a smaller home we purchased a ‘top tier’ set of laundry equipment. These were the typical configuration: stand-alone washer and drier. Two and a half years in, these were proving to be problematic. The washer had required a service call, and the drier had developed a periodic annoying rattle. After a lot of research we decided to cut our losses and replace them with this LG laundry center. We liked the smaller footprint as it would free up space in a small laundry room, and saw that having a front loading washer would offer some benefits: the existing washer was a top loader and the tub was very deep. Removing wet laundry was challenging at times; better energy efficiency, reducing water usage, and better spin drying performance. Having now run about 15 loads through the LG laundry center we are happy to report that it has exceeded expectations. It is easy to load and unload. Washed items are just damp after the spin cycle and dry quickly. We expect this to have a positive effect on water and energy usage. The controls are readily accessible, a very nice difference from other stacked units.

Purchased late May, 2021. Love it! I like the error codes that are displayed. One in particular is the d80. Had no idea what it was. Looked it up and found that the vent was stopped up, 80%. My husband took his leaf blower and blew it through both ends of the vent hose. A ball of lint the size of a basketball shot out of the vent hose. We were amazed. Plus, we wondered just how long that had been in there and had not once thought about blowing lint out of there. Like I said...Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned the unit for about 3 months now, it looks beautiful and fits nicely into the small area (closet) that is my wash area. I am still learning how to use the wash features and struggling a bit there. So far, so good.

I bought my WashTower for a new space I built onto my house. We wanted to make everything new. It replaced my great aged LG Tromm. I gifted it to my daughter. My new LG is great as well. I plan to buy another WashTower again for another property. That said — here are matters to address: • Touch pad needs to be more intuitive • Touch pad need to respond to touch much better than it does • The AI function detects and by default chooses settings. Great. But when customizing settings (that we use regularly) there are functions available that user must research to discover. •.A reservoir holding tank for detergent etc . . . would complete this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our washing machine stopped working, we knew we needed something reliable to replace it. We did a ton of shopping around and looked at many machines before deciding on this one. We loved how it was a one piece and that the controls were in the middle of the machine so I could reach without a problem. We didn’t need a new dryer, but we wanted the system so we made the exception and splurged on ourselves. I did make the mistake and thought that controlling the machine came from our phones meant that we could “freshen” the wash or the dryer from anywhere, but I guess you’d have to be home to unlock that feature on the tower first - which was a bit disappointing but not the end of the world.

Unfortunately it took two grown men over 10 minutes to figure out that one needed to press AND HOLD the screen-style buttons to make the washer work. Since that demasculating experience, we have had no issues or problems. I definitely does what it's supposed to do (clean and dry clothes) and does so with some pizzaz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used it after purchase, it actually walked around my laundry area it was vibrating so badly. I called customer service, spoke to a great agent and was advised that the installers probably did not remove the shipping bolts. After the installers came back and installed the unit correctly, I am so happy I purchased this unit. It is so quiet and it cleans and dries so well. I downloaded the app so I get a convenient notice when the loads are finished. I wanted this unit specifically because of the centrally placed controls. I am only 5'2" and needed to stack the units to get more space. I love the look, the convenience and above all the performance of this unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After going up and down cellar steps for 53 yrs. to do laundry we knew we had to make a change and bring laundry upstairs. After consisting our options we bought the L G Wash Tower in black. Installed in a bedroom closet. It fits perfect. Since using for about month my wife said its the best washer and dryer I ever bought her. She loves it ! Happy Wife Happy LIfe !

We have had the wash tower for about a month. it seemed to boast a lot of features but doesn't come through. our prior .May tag had more options including seemingly more sensors. I find the "Normal" cycle for the dryer blows cold air and have resorted to using timed dry. Can't gauge how the washer is doing though reeked of a metallic smell for quite a while. I'd say love the dimensions just not the most user friendly or efficient appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent stacked washer and dryer. Bought the gas dryer, first gas dryer purchase, and cut drying time in half at least. Installed unit myself, which was pretty easy except for the weight. The unit is a "stacked" unit, not separate pieces which I understood when I purchased it. There is a considerable amount of weight to move around, but we managed. The turbo wash feature, which wasn't available on our 10 year old unit is great. Clothing is washed really well, and with the drum light you can see it all happening.
