[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new unit for 3 weeks and love it. The capacity is very large for a stacked unit, comparable to a large side-by-side washer/dryer. Laundry comes out very clean and the Turbo option in some programs reduces the wash time compared to other front loaders. The unit is quiet in wash and dry cycles.

Great combination design and while it took a little doing to set up, I find the text letting me know the load is done rather handy. The last model we had from a different manufacturer lasted 17 years. I’m hoping this combo unit approaches that longevity. I’m very happy with the first few loads’ cleanliness.

I called customer service, spoke to a great agent and was advised that the installers probably did not remove the shipping bolts. After the installers came back and installed the unit correctly, I am so happy I purchased this unit. It is so quiet and it cleans and dries so well. I downloaded the app so I get a convenient notice when the loads are finished. I wanted this unit specifically because of the centrally placed controls. I am only 5'2" and needed to stack the units to get more space. I love the look, the convenience and above all the performance of this unit!

I was very excited to receive my washer tour to save room in my laundry room and it is perfect, I just needed some adjustment about the room organisation. The design is modern and sleek, I love the doors, so modern. The washer is kind of low but you get used to it and the volume is huge for both the washer and dryer compared to the ones I had before. A light, lights up the inside when you open the doors, it’s very practicle! The tour is connectable to the house wifi. This option is very nice as the machines are silent, it informs your phone when something happens (error message, end of program, etc). You can monitor your energy consumption from the app for both machines. As well as, ADD cycles from the app, for example the dryer has: overnight dry, antibacterial, denim, deodorization and many more. Some cycles the washer has, on the app, includes are half load, bright whites, beachwear, allergen, etc. Then you choose your preferences, send it to the tour, and with a simple click it is a go! The tour is very quiet for both machines, perfect with the remote learning situation. The washer and dryer are excellent (the laundry is so fresh and clean), I love all the different programs and you can adjust absolutely everything in a second. The washer and dryer even have sensor to warn you when you needs to clean the tubes ; And it sends you the notification on your designated device! For my first use of the dryer I just chose a cycle with the energy saver. The drying time was for 50 minutes ; i checked after 15 min and it was already done. So I looked up on the manual to see how to use the humidity sensor and you can’t use the humidity sensor as the same time as the energy saver. So for my next load I just used the humidity sensor and in 10 min my laundry was dry without me checking it. I am very happy with this compact tour. I have much more room in my laundry room. It cleans and dries very well with so many cycles options! It is THE new technology for your washer/dryer.

This is an amazing piece of machinery designed with high technology and performance. Each time we use the washer and dryer the clothes come out perfect and completely dry. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for the replacement of their current washer and dryer. It even makes music when it is done.

After extensive research, I discovered this model from LG. This unit hits all my requirements. Love the color options available. We've only used it a few times. Does what it's supposed to. After suffering for years with a unitilized w/d that sounded like a crashing airplane, I am so happy to report our new LG washtower is beyond wonderful ... super quiet, fits the space, huge capacity and it is sooo smart! Dryer already knows the setting from the washer. It's sleek, space age look is great. My neighbors have washer envy. Ha!

My new 'tower' gives me more laundry folding space plus a new crafting area when not folding. It is quiet, easy to use and it looks great too! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG washtower with electric dryer about three months ago. So far I’ve had no issues except the dryer seal collects a lot of the lint from the trap so the seal has to be wiped down with water frequently. Linking the app to the washtower took some time and the instructions in the instruction manual didn’t really explain it very well. Aside from that the washtower works great. Wasn’t a fan of water friendly appliances but I understand why we are headed that route. Had issues with delivery but I feel LG made things right after I called to complain. Great wash dry combo. Let’s see how long it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the machine for two weeks. First front load and first stackable we’ve owned. Since we modify almost all default settings, it has taken some getting used to (we like cold water wash and light heating dry), but it gets the job done in less time and better than our old top load set by another maker. Very quiet; no agitator, which tore things and always got unbalanced on the old machine, so no babysitting needed. Drys better when sort by size and fabric like the manual says, but sometimes needs a second (timed dry) pass. Fits well physically in our older house. Energy efficient also. Well made, built to last. Wish the drum lights were automatic for loading and unloading, but overall great —- very pleased. First LG appliance also.
